Brian did an amazing job in my parent's rv. He replaced the refrigerator, toilet and fixed a water leak. Super nice guy. Dependable and efficient. Jen was awesome too! She communicated with them constantly and kept them up to date with the order and appointment details. I highly recommend them! read more

Bryan and Jen are wonderful people. Yes! They ARE actually the ones I spoke with when I need repair work. We are seasonals who enjoy the NH camping vibe from May until October. I also work from the camper when we are at the camp ground. We have had multiple instances where Bryan would stop by to check on things and quickly adjusted something or patched something that needed patching...and we were able to enjoy our time. I am not sure how much importance some people place on not having to know everything about campers. But I do not know everything. In fact, Bryan and Jen have been fixing our camper, as needed, for the past few years and our experience camping has been greatly IMPROVED because we KNOW they care about what others are going through when they are having "camper issues"... we have EXPERIENCED it for hand. We would not have stayed seasonal campers if it weren't for Bryan and Jen. They make an amazing team and I HIGHLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend them to handle whatever job they say they can do! 25 years in the industry DOES account for something at least to me and my family! I trust that 25 years of experience means somthing to almost everyone. It is dependability, trustworthiness, reliability and most of all...EMPATHY for the "client" who finds themselves alone in the woods with a broken something or another and Bryan and Jen representing the "Cavalry" shows up and takes care of things. How much is THAT worth to someone? To me and my family...it means THE WORLD! I just wanted to add my two cents to the conversation! I HIGHLY recommend them! read more

I am new to RV camping, so it is very reassuring to have Bryan come out and work on my Aliner. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and explains everything clearly and patiently. I highly recommend his personalized service. read more

I can't speak highly enough about Bryan's work. We purchased a new Winnebago that suffered a catastrophic electronics failure within days of delivery. Bryan came to the rescue to help us get the RV back to the dealer. He took time and great care to repair what he could on the road without causing further damage. He also offered great advice as he worked. We are so grateful for his help and support. read more

So glad we found Bryan and Jen! Jen was very responsive and got us booked for a winterizing of our 5th wheel. She stayed in communication with me right up until Bryan came out, letting me know when he was on his way. My husband met with Bryan and really liked him. He was very knowledgeable and even addressed another issue we weren't even aware of. He was very thorough with his service. Both Bryan and Jen are so nice and we highly recommend! read more

WOW, talk about speedy response, within hours of our call to BJB, we had an appointment for repairs to our class a scheduled. Bryan and Jen were courteous, efficient, honest, and friendly. Within a week, the repairs were done. Pricing was awesome, an rv shop would have doubled the cost. Not to mention, Bryon came right to our home. Would highly recommend their service, we are keeping them on speed dial for future rv issues. read more

Unbelievably thankful for Bryan and Jen. We had a prior issue with a repair shop who "attempted" to fix our slide out that had popped off the gear and was having sliding issues. Bryan came out, gave his honest opinion and was able to fix it with an extremely fair rate. Thank you Bryan for coming out and making life a little easier! read more

I had the furnace go out at 5pm on a Sunday in the middle of February. We live in our 5th wheel full time. I called right away and left a voicemail which they promptly returned my call within 15 minutes. They explained they could be out in the morning, and were crystal clear that they had to charge me a fee to come out to me since I was almost 2 hours from them. I believe they told me 3 times before they headed out to work my furnace. Bryan quickly diagnosed my furnace, recommended the fix, got the parts and had it installed in less than a week! It works WAY better than it did before it went out! Will use them again for sure! Thank you BJB Mobile RV services! read more

I contacted this person due to the AC repeatedly tripping the breaker. The initial visit cost $150. After inspection, it was determined the AC needed to be replaced. I believed this was a husband-and-wife business, with Brian handling fieldwork and his wife managing the office. I needed their assessment sent to my extended warranty provider for approval and reimbursement. However, there was a delay. Over the phone, his wife mentioned she didn't have time to handle it because she was working as a nurse. It's concerning, as her employer likely wouldn't approve of her running a business while on the job, especially in a nursing role. She suggested I submit the information myself, but I can't, as I'm not the repair facility and never received the assessment I paid for. I hired another mobile service who went through the insurance process, he got a check from them quickly and he replaced the AC unit quickly. read more

AMAZING! Brian came out last minute for an issue i was having with my camper- less than 12 hours before I had to leave. He came right out fixed the wiring on my trailer and gave me, a first time camper owner lots of helpful information. 5 stars! read more

I agree with previous review, they charged me a $200 "evaluation fee" to replace a awning, which my insurance company already settled my claim, said they had a long ride to evaluate, when in fact they were already at the campground for another job. When I asked for their warranty information she had no clue on how to provide the information, mmm. I also had to go pay for the new awning at campers inn. Start up business with lots to learn on a professional standpoin. The cost to replace the awning assembly was $1000 on top of the "evaluation fee". My insurance company said that it was 50% more than the average national cost, work quality was sufficient but way over priced. Just another case of people trying to get rich in a hurry, read more

I am so glad we did . Brain came out to our site with in a few days and fixed. He didn't only fix the leak .But, another problem we had with our RV. We had this problem for 4 years. We were told be a couple of mobile RV places that they couldn't fix it. Brain comes in an within a few hours both problems fixed. Plus another thing BJB customer service is really great. read more

Very responsive from the very beginning. Came out on short notice. Very honest and upfront, definitely no bull shit with this company, and that I can really respect and appreciate, as I'm sure any one would! Kept me updated the entire time and was very understanding. Will DEFINITELY be using their services again in the future. read more

Brian was awesome. He came up to do some "routine" maintenance on our Grand Design and got right to work. He took care of everything and had us watch and learn so we'd know what to look for to avoid future troubles. Lubing bearings is a big deal on these campers, but he walked us through everything and pointed out everything he found along the way. He's our go-to for service now. read more
