Bryan and Jen are wonderful people. Yes! They ARE actually the ones I spoke with when I need repair work. We are seasonals who enjoy the NH camping vibe from May until October. I also work from the camper when we are at the camp ground. We have had multiple instances where Bryan would stop by to check on things and quickly adjusted something or patched something that needed patching...and we were able to enjoy our time. I am not sure how much importance some people place on not having to know everything about campers. But I do not know everything. In fact, Bryan and Jen have been fixing our camper, as needed, for the past few years and our experience camping has been greatly IMPROVED because we KNOW they care about what others are going through when they are having "camper issues"... we have EXPERIENCED it for hand. We would not have stayed seasonal campers if it weren't for Bryan and Jen. They make an amazing team and I HIGHLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend them to handle whatever job they say they can do! 25 years in the industry DOES account for something at least to me and my family! I trust that 25 years of experience means somthing to almost everyone. It is dependability, trustworthiness, reliability and most of all...EMPATHY for the "client" who finds themselves alone in the woods with a broken something or another and Bryan and Jen representing the "Cavalry" shows up and takes care of things. I had the furnace go out at 5pm on a Sunday in the middle of February. We live in our 5th wheel full time. I called right away and left a voicemail which they promptly returned my call within 15 minutes. They explained they could be out in the morning, and were crystal clear that they had to charge me a fee to come out to me since I was almost 2 hours from them. I believe they told me 3 times before they headed out to work my furnace. Bryan quickly diagnosed my furnace, recommended the fix, got the parts and had it installed in less than a week! I contacted this person due to the AC repeatedly tripping the breaker. The initial visit cost $150. After inspection, it was determined the AC needed to be replaced. I believed this was a husband-and-wife business, with Brian handling fieldwork and his wife managing the office. I needed their assessment sent to my extended warranty provider for approval and reimbursement. However, there was a delay. Over the phone, his wife mentioned she didn't have time to handle it because she was working as a nurse. It's concerning, as her employer likely wouldn't approve of her running a business while on the job, especially in a nursing role. She suggested I submit the information myself, but I can't, as I'm not the repair facility and never received the assessment I paid for. I hired another mobile service who went through the insurance process, he got a check from them quickly and he replaced the AC unit quickly. read more

I agree with previous review, they charged me a $200 "evaluation fee" to replace a awning, which my insurance company already settled my claim, said they had a long ride to evaluate, when in fact they were already at the campground for another job. When I asked for their warranty information she had no clue on how to provide the information, mmm. I also had to go pay for the new awning at campers inn. Start up business with lots to learn on a professional standpoin. The cost to replace the awning assembly was $1000 on top of the "evaluation fee". We have a seasonal camp site in the white mountain. We had a pretty bad leak under our camper.We couldn't get anyone to look at it. We talked to campground owners they recommended BJB mobile. I am so glad we did . Brain came out to our site with in a few days and fixed. He didn't only fix the leak .But, another problem we had with our RV. We had this problem for 4 years. Brian was awesome. He came up to do some "routine" maintenance on our Grand Design and got right to work. He took care of everything and had us watch and learn so we'd know what to look for to avoid future troubles.
