Well the past month or 2 have had experience that I have never had before and am still in shock. First time purchased a $50 bottle of pills and opened them IN THE STORE to make sure they were all there, etc and low and behold there was 9.5 pills there. Yes that's right 9 and 1/2 pills. It was missing half of a pill which was a new one but I thought surely since the lady who runs the place was there she would fix the problem or replace the bottle but NOPE! She offered us a 10 percent discount of our next purchase! I was a little surprised I figured she would replace it. And then today we buy a $50 bottle again, get home and open it and there are no Kratom at all but it's full of 31 Ibuprofen pills!!!?? What the f*$k????? So we call up there and same lady says to take a picture and maybe there will be a future discount??? Are you kidding me??? We have spent literally thousands over the 2 years and this is all they can do and don't stand behind the products they sell? Y'all be careful ... That's all I can say.

She had this scowl on her face with absolutely no effort to help. She never said "please", "thank you' or even "bye" during our transaction. We usually don't go to this location that frequently, but I just wanted to share my experience with this shop.

This place is up to date, flavors that I have never seen made, open concept juice room, you can actually see them making it. The owners are super nice, helpful AND extremely knowledgeable. One of them, the husband, is a Houston Firefighter and the whole shop is decorated with HFD stuff. Very cool. I could go on for days, but go check it out for yourself. Vape on!
