I had been to Luv before on a visit last year so I was excited to see some of their newer pieces. The parking is okay if you are able to find street parking but if not there are parking areas all around. I was able to park and walk and I paid about $2.50 to park but I paid for 2hrs. The store isn't very big but they managed to have a lot of selection to choose from. I would say that the store had a little bit for everyone. I am not sure how diverse the sizes are. The store was very clean and well organized. The lady who was there was really nice and she asked me if I needed any help and I told her yes! She helped me the best way that she could. Unfortunately I didn't up finding anything but I was still thankful that I went in. Overall cute, trendy and fun place!

I just bought 2 rompers for my friend and I and she discounted them close to $10 for both. I'll attach pictures. The owner has random discounts on colors on various days. The last time I was here, blue was discounted 25%. Today, everything is 10% off because of tax-free weekend, and it's stackable with the clearance. They have lots of cute things for various occasions. The rompers I bought were ultra-suede and super super soft with a little stretch for a nice fit. I'm 145 lbs 5'1 and a medium fit perfectly. It's thick enough for fall as well and a nice chocolate color. The wait today was really long because the owner talked for a very long time with the customers in front of us. We waited a good 15 minutes before we finally made it to the cash register.

For the stuff, prices aren't bad, and there are a ton of options. I particularly enjoyed the gift cards and small notebooks! What it's not: Anything else! It's a gift shop, and a cool local one, but that's it.

She took her time to show me the bracelets and made good suggestions. I then browsed the store and found a few more things that I purchased. I pop in at the local Hallmark store - Cherry's on Military Road - about twice a year to pick up a card or a Christmas goody or two. NEVER has a staff member said hello to me. I've NEVER been asked if I need help finding anything. At first I thought it must be because the staff was very busy or the store was very crowded. Nope. They just can't be bothered to acknowledge you if you're not one of them. I'm NEVER going back.

The owner, Robert Forsythe made a point to introduce himself and talk to us for a few minutes. He could not have been more pleasant. There is no way he would recognize me. I am not someone that should be known and honestly doubt I have been in his store since high school. We found a few items for my wife. The staff wrapped them and chatted with us until our items were ready. We were happy to give them our business. To point out how long Mr Forsythe has been providing quality service, I will relay a story I distinctly remember from my mom. I doubt he would remember the story but 30 years ago my mom was shopping for me before I went to college. I remember her coming in quite proud of her efforts. She had been struggling to find me ties for a new suit. She went in Forsythe's (different location back then). Mr Forsythe had helped her. She found several she liked but took particular interest in the tie he was wearing. As she was checking out, he took his tie off and gave it to her as an appreciation of her business. In my opinion, that is going beyond what is required or expected.
