The plant assortment is wonderful, with an awesome selection of young and mature plants, as well as some rare varieties too. Prices are competitive and affordable. The staff here are what sets Jungle House apart from other plant shops. They're welcoming, friendly, and fun. We happened to come in on my son's 5th birthday (he wanted to pick out a birthday plant). The staff showed him all the coolest plants and pointed out which ones smelled the stinkiest - he LOVED it. They made it a fun experience for us, and when he finally settled on a prayer plant, they taught him how to care for it. Highly recommend for plant enthusiasts and families alike!

I looked at other florist in the area and found similar prices. I decided to use Englewood due to the connection with the funeral home. Their web ordering page kept reverting to the default for my sympathy card. Took me three times to get it correct, very frustrating. Originally, I added a tip, but on the bill they added so many service fees I removed it during one of the times I had to correct the sympathy message. They were kind to tell me that the flowers had been delivered on time, but for the $17.99 delivery fee plus a $7+ service fee, it was less than a pizza delivery service would do... for much less $. The flowers were the only ones at the service (people in Lawrence obviously know something I don't) and they were never placed with the casket (which is the funeral homes fault). My family who attended the funeral were on the look out for the flowers and of course they were a major topic of conversation. Once people found out I paid $120 for the bouquet with $39 in additional costs. They were all very verbal about telling me that I got ripped off. They all said the flowers looked like a $30 bunch from the grocery store in a vase. For next time... with a different florist. I'll not order online. I'll call and ask what is freshest and what can I get for the amount of money I want to spend. Or... I'll call a relative and have them pick up a bouquet from the grocery store.
