I came for the outline and my appointment was set but i had to wait 45 mins..once doing the outline he took 3 breaks in between so I had to sit there and wait and didnt get out till 4 hours later and he said he had to do the color another time..so of course I had to come back where he finally finished it and then told me he had to charge me more then we agreed upon.. I shouldn't of had to pay for the whole waiting period and all the breaks he took inbetween (really unprofessional) I'd never go back
