I came for the outline and my appointment was set but i had to wait 45 mins..once doing the outline he took 3 breaks in between so I had to sit there and wait and didnt get out till 4 hours later and he said he had to do the color another time..so of course I had to come back where he finally finished it and then told me he had to charge me more then we agreed upon.. I shouldn't of had to pay for the whole waiting period and all the breaks he took inbetween (really unprofessional) I'd never go back

I was met with a smile and patience when I asked some questions. The person who was helping me from the start ends up being the owner!! He greeted me and explained the process and ask me so many questions. I could tell he cared he wasnt looking to fill his pockets from my visit. I sat waiting for him to set up and while I waited I was able to watch some cool nature videos. They had a stack of kids books about crystals and minerals. When I noticed that it made me think....could a kid come here to get thier ear pierced? Asked the owner and solid answer given specific age requirements and parent or guardian needed. It was super easy to book an appointment online using Vagaro. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Maria who was super friendly and welcoming. We talked about what I wanted for my brows, from the shape to the tint and everything in between. She is absolutely meticulous and took the time to draw and pencil before starting the process. I walked out absolutely in love with my brows and cannot wait to go back!! I even left with a card with instructions on how to care for my laminated brows which was helpful.
