My cleaning 6 months before was done by the actual dentist at my previous office (only switched to Vezzetti due to insurance change) and I had no cavities and no watching areas. I have actually only ever had 1 cavity in my 43 years of life. Took my Vezzetti office xrays and exam notes back to previous dentist for a full exam and guess what?! No cavities. Not sure if this is out right fraud or just incompetence...but I saved myself at least $1000 and ruining my perfectly healthy teeth. AVOID

The hygienists are experienced and so friendly- and the fact that my kids never complain or have any fear about going to the dentist here is a sure sign that they are awesome (they have had other dentists that they were nearly kicking and screaming not to go). The receptionists are so welcoming and efficient as well. Despite not having dental coverage for insurance at the moment- I will gladly pay out of pocket (very reasonable fees here) as I wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth!

Ordered a panoramic xray with out getting pre authorization even though I had one done the year before. After the xray expressed great concern with the blockage in my sinus. I was able to get an emergency appointment with an ENT doctor at Summit. he looked at the xray pictures i took with my phone and laughed. "I really dislike when inexperienced dentist do this! This is common in 25% of population and poses no threat what so ever." I called Delafield dentist immediately after my appointment to tell them of the doctors opinion. It was like deaf ears! Dental insurance would not cover the xray. Said it was a medical claim. Medical would not cover the $275.00 saying it was unauthorized and/or not pre-authorized. After 18 months of this with them, they sent me to collections. I have shared all the details with two of the accounts receivable team. Both were sympathetic to what happened and neither felt I should have to incur this cost. On top of that...they wanted me to book a deep cleaning for 2 teeth. I mad an appointment for it and my follow up for 6 months. Two weeks before the deep cleaning appointment I had to cancel it due to overseas travel. I received a voicemail that they would cancel it and my next scheduled cleaning. I was told for legal reasons they could not clean my teeth before the I had the deep cleaning! I called when I got back. Obviously my cleaning appointment was gone, i needed to wait another 4 months past my scheduled cleaning to get a new appointment. Then was told they WILL NOT schedule it until after the 2 tooth deep cleaning was completed. I found a new dentist! What a shame to treat a client like that. For this reason I can not recommend this dentist and practice to anyone.

Come home to my dog in her crate after a bout of diarrhea, definitely. Step on Lego barefoot, sure. Dr. Pietz and all of her staff excel at creating a calm, compassionate, professional and competent environment from start to finish. Dr. Pietz is an avid active listener. She really listens for understanding, validates questions and concerns and speaks to patients in a positive, respectful manner. I have never, ever felt rushed in any appointment here whether it's a consultation or a surgical procedure. I've had two surgical procedures with Dr. Pietz. She even lets me bring home the extracted tooth for the tooth fairy. That fairy has definitely not kept up with inflation! Okay, let me be honest. I have a lot of anxiety with dental work. One time back in the day I couldn't get numb from the local anesthesia and another time the anesthesia wore off in the middle of a procedure. Let's face it, during oral surgery you don't want the anesthesia to not work well. Definitely not cool. Dr. Pietz has listened and understood my prior experiences and my anxieties. She respects and validates the concern. And she pays special attention to ensure that I have effective pain control. You should have seen me. The first time that I was at the office for a procedure I was a #hotmess. Seriously, pacing in the hallway. I had such a safe and positive surgical experience (after the pacing in the hallway) that on the day of my second procedure with Dr. Pietz I never thought about pacing the hallway, not once. Nope. I sat back in the chair and meditated, calm as a cucumber. Both of the procedures that I've had done by Dr. Pietz had excellent, uneventful recoveries. Easy peasy. I wish she could be my everything dentist. Instead I brought cookies into the office and a thank you card. I've had a TON of dental work and Dr. Pietz is by far the best dentist that I've ever worked with. I bet she needs more cookies.

After being told by another dentist I needed two crowns, Dr. B said they weren't necessary and could be fixed with fillings instead. My teeth have done fine ever since. He explores all other options instead of just going for the most expensive one. He even worked with me on the price and Barb at the front watched my daughter while I was getting work done. He is a very caring and professional dentist. I only wish I had found him sooner!
