We had dinner at Bites, one of the restaurants at Breathless, and really enjoyed the outdoor seating--great music playing all week and a fun atmosphere. I ordered the California roll, but it wasn't quite what I expected. The carrots were a bit overpowering and there wasn't enough crab to balance it out. My husband got the bittersweet chicken with veggies and rice, and it was fantastic--super flavorful with a nice crunch and just the right amount of spice. Dined here during my stay at Breathless Cabo all inclusive resort. Dinner here is good if you like sushi rolls. If you don't, well, good luck babe. Here's a rundown of what we got: stuffed wontons (not good, did not finish), edamame (super yummy, hard to mess up edamame), loreto octopus nigiri (lots of rice, teeny tiny bite of octopus), dragon roll (good, no issues here), spring roll (good, only one piece that you can cut into 3-4 bites), breaded roll (good, no issues here), pad thai (do NOT order this. NOT pad thai. More like vegetables and noodles in bbq sauce), vegetable satay (two small skewers of vegetables, no complaints other than maybe order two of these). This restaurant is situated by the side of the infinity pool looking out onto the marina. You could sit either inside (AC) or outside. read more

Definitely the best restaurant of all the ones at Breathless Cabo San Lucas. This restaurant is located in the main lobby section. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've had the opportunity to eat at all times and have tried the others and these folks have the best options and are the best in taste and flavor. I have not had a bad meal here yet. During breakfast time I enjoy the yogurt parfait served with granola and fruit. The juice shots are amazing. My favorite is the avocado/Betty shot. For lunch I have tried the flank steak wrap which is really good and flavorful and the beef fajitas. For dinner I tried the ceviche tower which was nice and spicy. The fish and shrimp were so tasty and fresh. For my dinner I had the chicken and shrimp meal which as usual was packed with so much flavor. I really enjoy all their offerings. The restaurant is by the small infinity pool area and is usually quite busy but give them a shot you won't regret it. read more

Don't order the fish and chips. The fish was a trout or some bottom feeder dirty river tasting thing. I only had two bites and the "Tartar" sauce was pickled too. Thank god for French Fries at this resort. The food is so bad The fried calamari was ok not great. Not fresh. I think the only thing safe to order for lunch at the hotel is fish tacos. The service here was better than at the main pool restaurant. Several waiters asked me if I wanted more to drink while I was typing my review. The atmosphere is nice and they manage to keep it cool and breezy with doors open to the 90+ degrees outside. Music is nice. Palm flower decor is nice too. Order better than me -- do a lot more research. I will probably end up back here because of the length of our stay. But it's not like excited about it. read more

This place is a gem...it's part of the restaurants at Breathless resort. I believe we ate here so many times I almost had everything on the menu....haha! To start we had the the ceviche trilogy - very mini and you do not get chips with it, but very delicious. I had tried all the tacos, the rib-eye crispy tacos by far where my favorite so light and creamy very delicious. Another visit I had the ensenada style fish tacos, crunchy fish good sauce so much flavor in these mini tacos. The boyfriend tried the rib-eye burger excellent but it's more like a slider and you only get one, definitely need more then one. He also had the skirt steak which was cooked perfectly very juicy and so much flavor. We also stopped here for breakfast one day....Great choices, I had the eggs Benedict and the boyfriend had scrambled eggs and bacon. If your staying at Breathless I definitely recommend going to bites it is all inclusive so definitely order more rather then less because they are small portions. read more

I've eaten here every morning on my trip for very specific reasons. The first is convenience - at an all exclusive you sometimes want to eat nearby and so you can get to activities quickly. It's also the coolest temperature wise with good fans and ventilation. You don't need fine dining every day. That being said, this food is delicious depending on the day and what you order. If you are basic - order a typical American breakfast. You will get a mid experience. However if you are not basic, get stuff you may not see again. This elevates it. My favorite things were the Baja style huevos rancheros, barbacoa eggs Benedict, and Baja breakfast burrito. The portions are also small enough so that you are not too full and can try multiple plates (which is brilliant). I also added a kale moringa wellness shot and papaya with each breakfast. Side note - get the conchas and coffee at Nook next door because they are the freshest. The other reason I ate here is the servers - they were the most helpful, attentive, and most kind despite my mediocre Spanish. In particular Neftali and Vianey served me the most and I was always happy to see them start my day. I wish I could remember all of their names to give them all proper credit, because they were all helpful. The ambiance is relaxing and you over look the marina and infinity pool. This is my second time in Cabo and EVERY thing was nice...food...service...amenities and the overall vibe was so "vacation". There are several places to choose from...so I don't get the food complaint while on vacation...just pick something else!...portions are small but perfect I was NEVER overly full but I ATE GOOD...that bikini was sitting pretty AND my tummy was full. read more

So happy that we chose to stay at Breathless. Bites is part of the all inclusive restaurants. We had dinner here the first night. It's conveniently located near the infinity pool so it was easy to roll off the lawn chair with cocktail in hand and grab outdoor seating. Gil, the manager was fantastic! He handed us menus and let us review. He gave us the top recommendations and started from there. Everything was sooooo good!
