Crème Brûlée

Had a taste of everything. Onion Soup, a cheese bread bowl with Brie and mushrooms, Churasco Steak with Frites. A little disappointed in the frozen French fries. Everything was cooked well. A drink menu would have been nice. The fresh baked bread was delicious.

The food so very delicious. My boyfriend even teared up because it was one of the best steaks he ever tasted. The quality of beef was so tender and the flavor so perfect! We also had the pork pate and French cheese platter with fresh French bread and it was wonderful. The service and atmosphere great quality. We are excited to go back again when we come back to San Juan! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I loved this place. A truly French bistro, the chef Thierry (the owner) was at our table all the time. The food was incredible, I had entrecôte that was superb and also had escargots (one of the best I've had). The desserts were delicious, we had profiteroles, citron tart and creme brûlée. All to die for. The ambiance takes you to París since you step in the restaurant. If you come to PR, you have to try this one.

My fiance, her parents and I headed here after we tried to go to Jose Enrique for dinner but were not really excited to have to wait 2 hours to be seated. I was kind of surprised it was so crowded on a Tuesday evening, but we decided to move on to another place around the Corner called Bistro de Paris. The feeling of the place was spectacular. It whisked me away to a Parisian state of mind. The menu was entirely in French and Spanish, so if you didnt speak or read either it was a bit of a challenge, but it was fun nonetheless. They had a ton of great traditional French dishes to choose from. We started out with the country pork terrine, and then I ordered the Bœuf bourguignon, or red wine braised beef short ribs, while my fiance order seared scallops in a cream curry sauce. The country pork terrine was absurdly delicious. They served it in a traditional French style with the terrine on bottom, and a layer of creamy fat on top. Getting a bit of each and smearing it on the baguette provided with an additional kiss of mustard and a cornichon pickle, left me in a state of euphoria. Damn that was good. Unfortunately though, my main course and dessert didnt measure up to the terrine. The sauce on my beef was fantastic, but the texture wasnt right. It was chewy, and definitely not in a good way. The flavor of the sauce was rich and fantastic though. The mac and cheese on the side was stellar. I dont know what kind of cheese they used, but it had a really nutty flavor to it, and it was scolding hot the entire meal. My fiance's scallop dish however was outstanding. The scallops were seared so deeply that they had begun to crack like ice, and the creamy curry sauce they were served with only enhanced the flavor of the entire dish. I dont normally think of curry in French cuisine, but this was a spectacular use of it. The dessert was pretty forgettable all together. I ordered a flourless chocolate cake that was very rich, but very bitter and very dry. I really wasnt a fan to be honest. I was really excited about the tarte tatin, but when it came out it didnt really measure up to others I have had. The apples were very thick and they made it difficult to eat. I didnt really enjoy their texture either as they were very mushy. A few ups and downs, but I think this place is worth a visit for sure. I would definitely go back!

First time ever having dinner at a French restaurant. Not bad at all. The onion soup was different it was kind of creamy not too many onions, though, I like a lot of onions but good overall. For appetizer we had the gougères de langouste ( some kind of dough stuffed with lobster (5 stars) main course I had the côte de porc à la crème et champignons (pork with mushroom sauce (5 stars) hubby had the brochette de gigot d' agneau sur couscous (lamb skewer w/couscous) I give it a 4, something about the gamey taste that I just don't like and the best part of the meal, profiteroles, glace vanille, sauce chocolat. I would go back just for the dessert.

Classic French menu, good quality, cozy and good service. The trout is delicious and so is the cheese board.

There is a main central area with tables and then pockets of enclaves along both sides. We were seated in one of those enclaves that had four tables for four and unfortunately a large round table in the center. I don't think it was because I'm getting old. I know I get easily annoyed by bad acoustics but this was another level of noise. There was a group of women celebrating a bride for her bachelorette. She made sure we all knew how special she was by screaming and screeching to get her friends' attention the entire night. A couple who were seated after us immediately moved. Yes we had a chance to do the same but we decided to stick it through because we thought they were almost done. Well they stayed until we were at our dessert course. So why 5 stars?? Because the service (and attention and acknowledgement) and the food were outstanding. Easily the best choice to celebrate our friend's birthday. Everything was delicious but what the chef does with white beans was especially incredible! Ending with the passion fruit trilogy was perfection!

Its a fine dining restaurant so the restaurant is really upscale but they also made the restaurant a bit cozy at the same time. The service was amazing as well. Im sorry I forgot his name but he paid really good attention and constantly checked on us especially for my allergies. The food was some of the most delicious food ive ever tasted, especially the risotto (10/10). There was one dish that my girlfriend didnt like but they went immediately to get her something new. Im only giving a 4 star because the dessert i had did have something I was allergic to despite reassurance which cause swollen lips and throwing up outside. Im not sure if the dessert was pre-made but having the allergens directly on the menu may help. Otherwise I completely recommend trying here.

This is the most wonderful culinary and gourmet experience you can have in Puerto Rico! Although,…read moreonly open during the day, Chef Camelia is amazing with her imagination and fresh taste. You have to try her soups... out of this world! We had a sweet corn chowder that was a wonderful exploration of the freshest vegetables in San Juan. Her french tapas have the Spanish and Puertorrican influence of chorizo, and she serves The Best croquetas and pastelillos (turnovers), absolutely tasty and very local. Her restaurant is clean and spacious, for now as she is a very well-kept secret. She is trained in NY, and her stature shows in her dishes and she is as sweet as her desserts, of which you have to try her rendition of apple pie (instead of apple she uses mango) and her guava crumble, mmmmm. She has a small list of wines that are priced cheaper than if you had bought them yourselves, yet really excellent wine taste, both whites and reds. Although in Guaynabo, this place is only a 15 min Uber from all hotels in Condado and the ride is true Puerto Rico. Well worth it, and a wonderful experience! Amazing!!
