Delicious. Super service. We started our meal with an appetizer of Grilled Prawns. Neither my husband nor I were prepared for what arrived in the way of THE WHOLE PRAWN, grilled and seasoned to perfection. (It had been cleaned!) The shrimp came along with a nice little salad simply dressed in a vinaigrette and accompanied by a delicious cool mayonnaise that perhaps hard some lime mixed in, but it's hard to say. My husband had raved about the Indonesian ribs here, so I got a rack of ribs that were very flavorful with garlic and a delicious sweet-salty bbq sauce. He got the "hot" ribs but they didn't taste hot to me, just slightly more spicy than mine. These were served with a couple different mayos that were both quite tasty. They also came with a green salad that had a layer of potato salad underneath and French fries or a baked potato. The potato salad under the green salad struck me as odd and I didn't care for it. The most interesting thing (and very nice as well) was when we were trying to decide what to eat we wanted to share a meal. The waiter (who my husband thought might be the owner from his memory of an earlier visit) offered smaller portions to us so we could each have our own meals. He cut the price in half but we still had about 8 baby back ribs each. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in The Hague. read more
