The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located. Matjaz (Matthias) has been incredibly helpful from the moment we entered the hotel looking for parking. He has helped us find two great walking trails, directed us to restaurants, bakeries and places to have drinks and has been extremely friendly. What a great person to have at the front desk- one of the nicest, friendliest, helpful people we have met in our 21 different visits to Europe!
