We were heading back to Cincinnati and had a problem with a tire. They were very helpful and went out of their way to make the experience painless. Not only did they drive to another location to get us a replacement for the faulty tire, but they also got us two new used tires, and replaced the back two tires to make sure we were safe for our trip back. We'd recommend them in a heartbeat! They already had great prices, and on top of that, gave us a veteran discount, AND were professional and friendly AND quick - an overall great experience!

Bring your car here for tires. That's it. Nothing more. Let me take you on a journey through our…read moreday. So my mother and myself came here for 2 vehicles, each had worn threads, and we needed to have them replaced. Ish had no issues opening the shop after he closed early (I guess for no business), and had apparently come all the way from Lexington. Props to him. The tires were replaced, no big deal there, pretty standard, and the car was actually driving better than before, so perfect. I believe even came time to balance the tires. My moms process had the same treatment. Then the chaos begins. Ish steps out of his boundaries to say "your wheel bearing is shot, we need to replace it." I knew, as my girlfriends father looked at my car. He was able to shake the wheel a little and told me the same thing. Something in me told me that Ish was not the guy for this, but where he charged 90$ for labor and the parts were to be found elsewhere, I had to buy into it. So we took the deal and proceeded forward. Pretty fire. Few days past, our parts are in, and Ish even extends the hand to say "hey, we'll put new lugs and studs on your car, you're missing some." My dude, that's so fire, let's do it. So not Ish, but a "mechanic" of his worked on my car, all seemed well until after the repair. Where the ABS was throwing an error on the dashboard, I felt extremely upset. Immediately, and with my lack of mechanical experience as I've only taken an auto class in high school, go eagles, I knew the ABS was probably disconnected, but I follow a great "you break it, you fix it." Which, in this beautiful example, I did not. So Ish knew he messed me up and referred me over to a friend in Lexington. Luckily, I was in the area and the buddy he referred me to was close by. His buddy found that the ABS was in fact disconnected and simply reconnected it. I also found that the original issue was the front motor mount that was making the sound that the wheel bearing was supposed to fix, but I wanted to ignore it, and think it was something less. But oh well! But the fun doesn't stop there, boys. My mom owns a Subaru, the one to be the safest in the market. After finding the ABS was throwing errors, I warned her not to get her brakes replaced by Ish, but she continues anyways. Momma knows best? (Love you mom, don't hurt me.) but then guess.. what? The "safest vehicle on the market" no longer has my mom feeling so safe because the car now shakes at 75 mph! Cool right? Unfortunately not because again, she doesn't feel safe, so again, Come for tires! Leave for service. :) Update: So Ish, such a kind gentleman. Offered to refund me my money to remove the Yelp review! Isn't that great? I think it's also called a bribe, so I'm glad to know a local business owner is willing to take shortcuts to make his business look good. Also your photos aren't real. If you need help taking pictures of your shop, I'll be more than happy to take photos for you. My iPhone X has a great camera, I hear.

We cannot say enough good things about Central Kentucky Collision and Auto Care! While traveling…read morefrom Michigan to Florida, we suddenly lost all of our oil in the middle of the night and had to get towed here. Casey, the owner, actually called me back before they even opened, which immediately put us at ease. They got us in right at 8 a.m. and quickly diagnosed the issue. They ordered the part the same day, and Jim went above and beyond--he not only explained everything clearly, but also drove us down the road so we could grab some fresh food and wait somewhere more comfortable while Jason worked on our car. When it was almost finished, Jim even came back to pick us up. Thanks to their amazing teamwork, our car was fixed the same day and we were back on the road to Florida without missing a beat. The customer service was absolutely outstanding, and the repair work was just as impressive. We are so grateful we ended up here. 10/10 recommend!

Horrible work. I took my suv there for a miss fire. They told me it was a messed up cam I let them…read moredo it. Then they kept calling saying g this was wrong and that was wrong. I just accepted it and let them do it. Then they tried to say I needed a head cause it was cheaper then rebuilding it isnt i had to educate them on that one i would have been in it 7000 instead of 5000 if i would have let them.they wouldnt even give me a quote on the repairs once they diognosed it. They wanted me to just give them free range of my money to do whatever they wanted and when i wouldnt let them thats when things got worse. The owner dont know how to talk to customers at all he wanted to cuss me on the phone and in shop he's lucky I was at his place cause in public that wouldn't have happened cause he seems like the cop calling type then blames customer for everything. Cant take responsibility for his actions or the actions of the friends he wants to emploee there. Atleast hire some friends that know what there doing and will make your shop and you look good but with bad leadership comes even worse quality of work no pride in there work but hey thats the generation we are in ain't it. And a new motor for my car is only 6000. At this point i should have dont thatThe people ordering parts didn't know what was going on or what to get. After the 12th time of telling them the head wasn't bad I took it and had it tested. The moment I decided to have the head tested and machined my self that's when they was like oh well it could be a head gasket. This is the worst garage in the state of Kentucky. Do your self a favor and stay far away. Save money and go to a legitimate dealer cause there machines and the owner are all a joke I would be supriced if any of them are actully certified mechanics. All the good comment have to be fake or friends of there's cause only good thing I have heard is from there friends cause anyone else tells me I messed up taking my ride there. I have tow truck driver friends that say they pull more out that need work then what they haul to them. And they can try to defend there selfs but it won't work I got text messages and everything showing how they don't know what they are doing. Now my suv is at the dealership and guess what the cam they replaced isn't even in time correctly found stuff not plugged in. And they expect you to bring it there for them to diagnose what they messed up for a warranty but why would someone get burnt by a fire and then jump right back in that fire. Makes no since like hey we messed your car up but hey bring it back we will do it again.i got sensors in the wrong mounting spot i got o2 wires pinched in two separate pieaces cause they mounted my ear in the wrong spot I have got 3 phone calls from the dealership just today with what all they have to do to fix this garages so called repairs. Place is a joke stay away far far far away I am even a local not even 5 miles from there shop I love to support local but you cant support a local that will screw you and everyone else over cause he thinks he is somebody that know his work when really I wouldn't even call them shade tree mechanics cause they are not mechanics at all they are all a joke. Do not support this shop and it needs to be shut down before they ruin the reputation of the good shops around. Paid over 5000 to get my ride going right and still had to take it to a dealership to get it done properly skip the bullshit steps and go strait to a dealership it will save you money and aggregation and you get an actual certified person to work on it properly. Oh and the warranty they dont even put the miles of your vehicle on it so how you supposed to know.
