There's a line of 12-15 morons waiting to bark out their order to the 2 people working at the counter. So, I walk up to the register and stand under the sign that says, "Online Order Pick-up...Order ahead and skip the wait." The lady ringing the latest moron up looks at me like I am out of place and asks "can I help you?". It's like they don't even know their own systems, their own signs. Turns out, even though the app said my order was ready at 12:10, which was 15 minutes ago now, they were "working on it." The 4th time is definitely NOT the Charm with this place. I'm done...time to go to Dollar General and buy a loaf of bread, some sandwich meat and cheese, and lettuce and just stock the fridge at work. If I could rate this place a Zero, I would.
