Great dog park! Not only do you get to play with your dog, but you also get to visit with some awesome people and pet some furry kids too! They have fenced in area's...one is for big dogs, and the other one is for smaller breeds..everyone picks up their doggies poo..and yes there is a doggy poo bin lol. There's not a lot of trees around these fenced in area's which is a real shame because it would make it that much more relaxing and enjoyable BUT we can't get everything we want now can we? haha Every pet must have their shots and must be fixed, so that's another plus...and no children under the age of 12 is allowed in the fenced in areas. It's a lot of fun to take your pet here, don't forget to bring something for them to drink while they play :)

Of the dog parks in the area, this is my favorite. We come here more than anywhere else, but have been to Joe Station and Rose West our fair share of times as well. The space here is huge, with plenty of seating, and easily accessible fresh water for the dogs. There are trees and coverings for shade with benches and picnic tables to relax at. Sure, at times, tiffs break out between dogs, but the owners who seem to frequent this space tend to be caring and understanding, and usually help diffuse situations appropriately and swiftly. There are clean bags available with scoops and plenty of trash cans for pick up, as well as two separate areas to accommodate different sizes of dogs. The park is manned by volunteers, and they do a great job maintaining a clean, safe space for owners and dogs alike. We've been coming since my pup was old enough, and haven't stopped since! If you are thinking of coming by and are nervous, try it out! You can walk your dog around the outside on a leash first to get them warmed up, and work to slowly introduce them to others if needed. Most will be very supportive in helping you help your dog make it a pleasant, fun, and safe experience for all :) have fun!

Separate dog areas for large and small. Good shade trees and clean. Friendly people. No place to park in the shade, but that is my only complaint

The kids love it as much as the pups!!

Great set up! The dogs are super friendly and the people are nice. Lots of room for the four legged kids to run around and play.

Great dog park when it's open. Gotta watch for the poop bombs, tho.

We came early evening the first time and I got a matcha latte. I got the chai latte the second time. The server told me the matcha (that I got iced) wasn't as sweet & I'm glad he told me that because I ended up getting some syrup added. The one that stood out to me was the spiced cinnamon honey, they have a Mexican chili that I want to try too. The chai had the same thing going on, got it iced & added caramel syrup to it. The server said they had a new kind of chai so it made me curious on how it was originally (they've been open close to a year by now). Outside of coffee & tea, they had sodas to choose from, craft or dirty (with cream added). I don't drink pop anymore & their combinations made me want to break that habit, just once. I just might. We dog watched the first visit, there were 2-3 dogs when we first got there & then a TON of dogs came and it got more entertaining as the dogs were running around playing wild & free. I was in & out the second visit so I didn't stay to watch dogs, I see them most of the when I'm getting my steps in.

Ample space for dogs to run and tire themselves. We have been coming here for couple of times. The…read morepark is very clean, with owners picking up after their dogs and bags available at the bottom of the park. Will come back.

Whether you're looking to unwind, enjoy nature, or have a quiet moment to yourself...this park is a hidden gem that never disappoints. Perfect for getting in your steps too! I like to go early morning before it gets too hot or busy. Starting in May they have free canoe rentals!! They also have very good food. Love their fresh fruit cups which they prepare every morning daily, their sandwiches are fresh and very good! I've also had their ice cream and it's delicious. When you first walk into the main building, you can check out chess pieces and other games. Some of the tables have the chessboard design printed on them. Perfect for getting your chess game on.
