Make sure you look around at the different signs, they had a sign in front of the counter to the right with breakfast options that was hard to see so I missed it and just ordered the scones I could see in the case. Hip little place, great location. Lots of seating both inside and out, along with board games and other various games. Friendly staff, great selection of food, treats and coffee. Only downer is the wifi is trash, couldn't be slower. Normally not a big deal, but since the place I was staying didn't have wifi I was hoping to hang out and get some work done and give them my business all the while. The Coffee Company is a special place where Bisbee locals hang out on the patio. The chai latte and pastrami sandwich are fantastic. This place was really cute with the decor, really homey. I overheard someone yell out a caramel iced coffee, and asked about that. The cashier explained but I decided on a Caramel Cold Miner - delicious! There was something spilled on the counter when I walked up. The cashier just ignored it....until she placed my credit card right in it. I showed my displeasure and she finally wiped it down. She looked at it when I walked up, really?!? But other than that, it was really great spot for people watching. They had outside seating, but a huge window inside with plenty of seats. Why be outside with the heat and flies? The Mexican mocha here might be my favorite coffee drink on the planet. I purchased two bags of the mix to take home on my last visit. It's a little more relaxed; it's a small hipster-type coffee shop, not Starbucks. They take their time making your drink, and they often make a cute picture or a fun design in the foam! I didn't catch her name, but the woman working on my last visit was really helpful and told me all the ways I can use the mocha mix at home. My guy took me here because I was craving an actual fantastic cup of coffee in a chill cafe atmosphere so away we went from Sierra Vista! The espresso and pastries are always perfect to me, and this time was no diffrent. I ordered the S'mores cappuccino (yes to S'mores anything please!!!) and a bran muffin. Sooo good. My barista knew what he was doing and it's been one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had. My boyfriend got the strawberry smoothie and was underwhelmed by it, but I really liked it. Be sure to get the wifi password when you check out if you're trying to use it. We spent a fair amount of time there because he brought his laptop and wanted to play a video game. The only reason I give 4 stars is because it was uncomfortably warm sitting inside unfortunately. I know it's a bad time of year to be complaining about it and it's a very old building; but even I started to feel blech after awhile, and I run cold. read more

This place is also well known for delicious cranberry-orange scones, which easily live up to their great rep. They're the best scones I've had anywhere. What a great coffee shop! Whenever I need to get some work done, my go-to place is a coffee shop. At first, I was reluctant to come here because I thought it probably was too busy (I hate to be that person that takes up a table for hours when there is limited seating) or too loud (I also hate when I can hear loudness over my own music!), but I was very, very wrong! First of all - there is plenty of seating. Plenty. There is seating inside the actual shop, and outside the shop in a neighboring room. Outside, there is covered patio seating and also, a side area. The entire storefront is windows, so no matter where you choose to sit, the mountain view surrounds you. Gorgeous! Most importantly - THE COFFEE IS OUTSTANDING. Seriously, outstanding. And, the staff is friendly and great! I have only been here twice, and the barista remembered my order when I approached the counter - how cool is that?! There is a case filled to the brim with scrumptious looking treats, including scones/muffins, and also, a kitchen which serves sandwiches and quiche. I haven't tried any of this food fare yet, but judging by the mmmms I hear from other patrons as they enjoy their meals, I am excited to do so. The Mexican mocha was definitely the best mocha I've ever had. I don't drink coffee but felt like I had to try just based on the reviews alone. It was delicious ANDDDD they even make foam art on top! It wasn't overly sweet, but enough so that you didn't have to add any extra sweeteners. It also had a little extra oomph- maybe some nutmeg and cinnamon? It must be delicious in the winter time when it gets a little colder. Next time, I am going to try their baked goods and maybe their sandwiches too. There's often live music both outside on the street and inside in the attached "mall" portion, so you can pick up your coffee and wander around listening to some fun bands. we walked in right before closing on thursday night and the guy behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming even though he had other tasks to attend to. the husband had a cafe latte and suggested i order a hot chocolate. i hate to say this out loud, but i am a starbucks snob. i like my hot chocolates to be crafted a certain way. unfortunately, bisbee coffee company's hot chocolate just tasted like steamed milk with a hint of chocolate. according to the husband, the cafe latte was great! the next morning, we walked down the road from where we were staying after check-out and got another couple of drinks. this time the husband ordered a hot chai, then quickly changed his mind to a large iced chai. the cashier was obviously irritated with his indecisiveness. i asked if they could make some chocolate milk for me and her response was "i don't know if we do that." ahem, the correct answer would have been "let me see if i am able to do that for you." don't just tell me you don't know!! your job is to know. all of that aside, my chocolate milk hit the spot. the husband's iced chai was delicious. i just hope that next time i'm not rubbed the wrong way that early in the morning. read more

A bit too much whip cream taking up coffee space and some confusion when I was given change for a ten instead of a 20 turned what might have been decent coffee into a meh experience. I've been here roughly a zillion times, largely because it's the only option for an iced chai or a hot tea in Old Bisbee, and the only non-Starbucks option in Bisbee, period. It's...okay. Their lattes aren't bad, even if they're (frankly) not any better than Starbucks. If you're in the mood for something sweet, the Mexican mocha (or Mexican hot chocolate for non-coffee-drinkers) is pretty good. They do have halfway decent pastries in the morning - often I'll come in for an apple turnover and a cup of tea prior to my yoga class. And if you're looking for lunch, their sandwiches are passable (if not great), and one of the less expensive options in the area. I wouldn't say I necessarily recommend it, though. At least, I wouldn't if it weren't the only option. And stay away from the pies/cakes/quiches - even my mother, who got annoyed at me when I warned her in front of the barista that the items in that case were overpriced and not very good, had to admit that the quiche was one of the worst she'd ever tried. Given the general tenor of this part of Arizona, it's nice that there's a coffee shop in the area at all. And they often have art by local artists on the walls, which is neat. But I can't say as I'm really going to miss this place. read more

This will be a very brief review...really cannot add much to the review done by Bruce M. He hit all the high points for this place. Did some minor work on one of my cars a Saturday or so ago -- needed to put some highway miles on it to determine if I had fixed it or made it worse (happily discovered that my mechanical talents -- AKA luck -- are still OK). Drove to Bisbee with the thought of getting a cup of coffee from the Bisbee Coffee Company -- based on the great reviews on Yelp. Their coffee (large Americano) was smooth and full of flavor -- not a hint of bitterness. Well worth the short, peaceful drive from SV to Bisbee. Also noted that have outdoor seating -- can take the dog along on the next trip for a coffee and perhaps a sweet roll (the dog loves her sweet treats!) Will try another concoction on the next visit, but all-in-all Bruce M. nailed this place -- you need to try it on a visit too this glorious little town. read more
