It's in a very convenient and easy to find location right off the Acton Road exit with parking right in front of the store. The owner Kathy was very nice, friendly and helpful. She even provided insight about some of my other medical equipment that I've been having issues with. Once there, I noticed that they carry cutesy compression socks so, of course I bought some. Their prices are very reasonable! I paid the same for my supplies that I'd been paying on eBay. I loved how neatly everything in the store was arranged and the checkout process was very fast. This is definitely going to be my go to place for medical supplies. For anyone in need of medical supplies, I highly recommend this place. They have nebulizers, CPAP's, wheelchairs, walkers, canes and supplies, etc... If you're in need of medical supplies and want excellent customer service as well, this is the place. If you happen to see this Kathy, thanks so much for all your help and the great conversation!!

When I called to see about returning the 2 masks I didn't order, they said I did because the note said VERIFIED so I had to pay to ship them back. I told the agent that I didn't agree to 3 masks, only 1 masks she told me since the note said VERIFIED, I had to pay to ship them back no matter what. So essentially, the person who took the order lied about it being verified and they can ship you whatever they want and its up to you to either pay for the extra stuff or pay to fix THEIR mistake. Needless to say they lost a customer and when I order a new CPAP machine in December it WON'T be with them.

I am looking to have some orthopedic insoles made and have called over a half dozen times and have yet to receive a return phone call. If you were looking for a company that provides customer service this is not the place. Apparently they are only interested in providing CPAP services.
