Her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail set the standard for what a property manager should be. If you're looking for someone to manage your property, you won't find a better choice. Lisa ensures that properties are well-maintained and that tenants are both comfortable and responsible in keeping the home in excellent, move-in-ready condition. The entire Cityscape Realty team is personable, responsive, and genuinely cares about both owners and tenants. Whenever maintenance was needed, the process was handled quickly and efficiently. During our time as tenants, our HVAC unit failed during a hot period. Lisa immediately stepped in to make sure we were taken care of, providing temporary cooling units until repairs were completed. That level of care made a huge difference for my family. What truly sets Cityscape Realty apart is their commitment beyond just property management. Lisa and her team went above and beyond by helping prepare my family and me for homeownership. Thanks to their guidance and support, we were ultimately able to purchase the home we had been renting. My family and I are incredibly grateful for the years of excellent service we received. Cityscape Realty is truly one of a kind, and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of real estate or property management services.

Ms. Wood was not our realtor but she was our buyer's realtor. The day we we're trying to move out,…read morewe were struggling. My mom, 23 year old son an'd I were still packing and moving and had been since 5am. The day we moved, she brought the new residents with her and just marched into our home, which was still ours because the papers weren't signed yet, I guess. Anyway she invites herself in and comes back to the bedroom where my mom was sweeping the floor and my poor dad, who was undergoing chemotherapy at the time, watched. Her attitude was very aggressive and demeaning towards my 75 year old partner who we were helping and we had movers. She has changed her website from aggressive realtor to progressive realtor after she told my mom "I'm an aggressive realtor" and my mom said "yes you are". They had words. Just don't use her unless you want someone who is "aggressive". Then go for it. I actually think she probably is good if you need an agent who looks out for THEIR clients but treats the seller like doo and you don't care about that - go for it! She doesn't treat people nice and I don't think she learned respect for elders.
