After the rehearsal was completed the bridesmaids that didn't see the venue wanted to go look at the hall where the reception was being held. They just looked in the doorway to see the size of the room as it was a wedding being set up and someone approached him and said who are you and what are you doing here you need to leave. We did receive an apology from the wedding coordinator who was did an absolutely fabulous job, but the damage was done. The day of the wedding there is a bridal suite which is basically a converted closet or storage room for the bride to change and wait in prior to the beginning of the ceremony. The room was very hot and uncomfortable. There was no ventilation whatsoever.. After our initial photography session sessions, we requested the staff to turn on the AC. No AC was turned on in this particular room.. This happened no less than six times and then eventually my youngest daughter went again and the staff member threw her hands up and he said yes, we heard. Then another young lady got into it with my wife when my wife asked her for a fan numerous times .and my wife had asked for a fan several times. A staff member became upset and chastise my wife saying we were disrespecting them. Yes, we became upset because my daughter the bride was near fainting in this room.. they even suggested that we stay in the golf club, this was not what was planned. The bride was to be hidden. Their was guest everywhere. groomsmen that we're not supposed to see the bride prior to the event. The bride became faint and uncomfortable because of this awful room. So imagine being so hot you felt faint in the waiting room prior to you walking down the aisle. Not a good start.. So my daughter had an awful experience in the beginning of the wedding. The unfortunate part is the wedding coordinator was not helpful in anyway. Did not great the bride during arrival. The support staff seem bothered and annoyed ,not welcoming. This establishment should be ashamed of their staff for the way their staff treats their guests. Don't book here. Shameful

Only time I get a phone call is when my clubs are ready to be picked up. I get to the store and wait for a good 5 mins at the door.. literally nobody there to even greet you, I finally decided to walk to one of the rooms and interrupt a guy giving an explanation, he rudely asks what I need, he hurries to another room to see where my brand new clubs are, reaches down and hands me the clubs, not even asking if they were right or give me a room to try it out, just rudely hands it over. On my way home I call and the same person Steve answers, he casually laughs and admits he should have let me try the clubs in one of the rooms and should have probably made sure the order was correct. I ask him for a build sheet and see if he can email it, says he will ask Jesus to send it over.. well it's been 4 days now, I called... again no answers. I had to book the new instructor out 4 weeks in advance. Results-wise, I only become a little bit better. I think they've had staffing issues. I've shown up a couple times for a pre-scheduled practice session only to find a "we're closed today" sign on the door. I love the online scheduling app/technology, but it doesn't make up for the lack of quality instruction or the issues they have in the store. The the price I'm paying, I won't repeat.

He looked at us like we had 4 heads and proceeded to tell us that she shouldn't have come if she hadn't done it before and he would have to ask the instructor if she could...instruct... my mother (who is in great shape and shouldn't have trouble picking up reformer) - his reasoning: "there are 9 people and that's a lot". I don't think I have felt less welcome in a Pilates studio and I live in LA. Normally people with injuries and at various levels of their fitness journey are welcome. We walked in and my party of 3 was half of the entire room. Luckily the instructor was gorgeous, and amazing, and sweet, and instructed us with ease. Overall the class was good and at the end, the manager ended up giving us a discount - perhaps he could tell how offended I was? Or felt badly? Or maybe he decided to be nice at the end and didn't realize how he came across when we arrived? Regardless, this place IS worth attending, but hopefully this review is read and the manager/owner can make people feel more welcomed in the future.

Here's the short version : It really really works and I am thrilled with the treatment, the process and Stephanie. The details; In spite of a very clean diet and regular workouts, I was not able to lose weight gained a few years ago. This treatment is really not about weight loss, it 's about losing inches that so far have not come back. The treatment name sounded like dry ice and freezing, but it's more like a lovely massage that is warm and cold. It's so relaxing that I can't really describe it more than that. The reason I felt compelled to write about it today is that this morning for the first time I looked in the mirror and saw the frame of a body I liked, not a lumpy potato bod. I lost 5 inches in 5 treatments.. and am signing up for more! The facials deserve their own 5 star review and so does Stephanie. Not only is she expert in fitness and treatments, she radiates positive energy and encouragement!

We had an incredible experience celebrating an early Father's Day! Even with a late 3:20 PM tee…read moretime on a busy day, the course conditions on the Old Course were excellent and impressively well-kept--everything from the tee boxes to the bunkers and the greens held up great. I had booked our tee times well in advance, but there was a bit of a miscommunication on the books when we arrived, and the staff seemed surprised by our family check-in. Honestly, Nate was the absolute MVP of the day. Without him, our day would have been ruined. So, we truly appreciate him and we were so grateful that he went above and beyond to get us completely taken care of, ensuring our family was able to stick together and play/spectate as a group for the whole round. We timed the day perfectly, wrapping up on the 18th hole right around 8 PM. To cap off a great day, we had dinner at The Conservatory. The customer service there was top-notch, and the food was exceptional. My dad enjoyed it so much that he already wants to come back to try out the Ocean Course next time--hopefully with a more organized situation at check-in!
