After my fitting I…read morecall them and leave a message to ask a question and call multiple times but get no return calls. Left another message for Jesus the fitter and never get a call back. Only time I get a phone call is when my clubs are ready to be picked up. I get to the store and wait for a good 5 mins at the door.. literally nobody there to even greet you, I finally decided to walk to one of the rooms and interrupt a guy giving an explanation, he rudely asks what I need, he hurries to another room to see where my brand new clubs are, reaches down and hands me the clubs, not even asking if they were right or give me a room to try it out, just rudely hands it over. On my way home I call and the same person Steve answers, he casually laughs and admits he should have let me try the clubs in one of the rooms and should have probably made sure the order was correct. I ask him for a build sheet and see if he can email it, says he will ask Jesus to send it over.. well it's been 4 days now, I called... again no answers. Don't go to this store... better off going to golf mart!!! You will regret it!

I had to book the new instructor out 4 weeks in advance. Results-wise, I only become a little bit better. I think they've had staffing issues. I love the online scheduling app/technology, but it doesn't make up for the lack of quality instruction or the issues they have in the store. The the price I'm paying, I won't repeat.

Honestly, our instructor saved this review - before we had class, we almost walked out because we…read morefelt unwelcome and I would have given it 2 stars. The studio is very pretty - exposed beams, beautiful views of trees, great vibe and nice equipment. When we walked in, the manager? or perhaps owner? asked if we had done reformer Pilates before. I have but my mother hasn't. Regardless, the class was listed as all levels, so I didn't think it mattered. He looked at us like we had 4 heads and proceeded to tell us that she shouldn't have come if she hadn't done it before and he would have to ask the instructor if she could...instruct... my mother (who is in great shape and shouldn't have trouble picking up reformer) - his reasoning: "there are 9 people and that's a lot". I don't think I have felt less welcome in a Pilates studio and I live in LA. Normally people with injuries and at various levels of their fitness journey are welcome. We walked in and my party of 3 was half of the entire room. Luckily the instructor was gorgeous, and amazing, and sweet, and instructed us with ease. Overall the class was good and at the end, the manager ended up giving us a discount - perhaps he could tell how offended I was? Or felt badly? Or maybe he decided to be nice at the end and didn't realize how he came across when we arrived? Regardless, this place IS worth attending, but hopefully this review is read and the manager/owner can make people feel more welcomed in the future.

Here's the short version : It really really works and I am thrilled with the treatment, the process and Stephanie. The details; In spite of a very clean diet and regular workouts, I was not able to lose weight gained a few years ago. This treatment is really not about weight loss, it 's about losing inches that so far have not come back. The treatment name sounded like dry ice and freezing, but it's more like a lovely massage that is warm and cold. It's so relaxing that I can't really describe it more than that. The reason I felt compelled to write about it today is that this morning for the first time I looked in the mirror and saw the frame of a body I liked, not a lumpy potato bod. I lost 5 inches in 5 treatments.. and am signing up for more! The facials deserve their own 5 star review and so does Stephanie. Not only is she expert in fitness and treatments, she radiates positive energy and encouragement!

I had booked our tee times well in advance, but there was a bit of a miscommunication on the books when we arrived, and the staff seemed surprised by our family check-in. Honestly, Nate was the absolute MVP of the day. Without him, our day would have been ruined. So, we truly appreciate him and we were so grateful that he went above and beyond to get us completely taken care of, ensuring our family was able to stick together and play/spectate as a group for the whole round. Surfaces appear clean, but accessories haven't been replaced in over two years and are often disgusting, with cockroaches sometimes found in the filthy mats. The owner's approach to sanitation is insufficient, providing only Renew moisturizing hand wash, which is not antibacterial, and Soluguard botanical spray. While Soluguard is EPA-registered to kill some household germs, it's a thyme oil-based product that doesn't provide the necessary level of infection protection against viruses like COVID or RSV in a gym setting. This inadequate hygiene, combined with the owner's indifference to member requests and dangerous habit of propping doors open, creates a serious safety concern.
