My dog does not like other dogs due to an abusive upbringing before I adopted her so I was glad to find out that Crossroads takes this into consideration. They work in a circle so you do not leave through the same door you came in. After checking in you go around to the right and right into the exam room after your pet is weighed. If someone is completing an exam they leave to the right so there is never any interaction with any other animals. This is good for the safety of pets but also if they were sick and contagious. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are a good deal for the service. My dog loves the staff. Hopefully she will still love them when we go back for shots in a few months.

In a concrete structure? Then overwhelmed by grief he bought all new dogs and started breeding en mass. My first question... Were gasoline barrels kept next to he building with candles on top? My second question... Did INSURANCE pay a claim for these withered animals that suffered neglect and had horrible living conditions? Fill in there blanks Arso#? Insurance Fr@ud? Then he reluctantly grabbed the mom from a dark room and shoved her in the cage with her puppies. You can clearly tell she was not taken care of at all!! She looked malnourished, matted, and abused. By this time, my kids fell in love with the puppy and we bought him. But this decision haunts me... I wish we just walked away. I can't get this image of the poor mom and how she looked out of my mind. From my experience, I don't believe LeRoy is a caring breeder.. his focus seems to be about profits. In retrospect, I wish we never set foot in his place.

Buster Buddies injured my dog while grooming and when I posted a review describing what happened…read morethey were not truthful about what really occurred. I don't know if the owner was aware of what transpired because I never had a chance to even show the owner a picture of my dogs paws because the groomer was so loud and obnoxious. In the owner's written response she said I did not provide a time stamped photo. This is not true, I did provide a time stamped photo to the groomer and the groomer knows this. My dog's paws were razor burned and when I returned home with him I noticed a few spots of light blood on the floor and only then investigated further. The groomer kept yelling "you didn't say anything about his paws when you left." Yes, that is correct. I don't inspect my dog before leaving from a grooming appointment. I did not call to complain about his paws because I have never had a problem with grooming services in the past, so I decided to address it with the groomer at his next 12 week appointment. It wasn't my intention to stop using their services initially, I only wanted validation on her part to make sure it doesn't happen in the future. The groomer became verbally combative. I then left the room and went to speak with the owner and the groomer followed me. The owner implied I wanted to " make a deal". What I was looking for is reassurance that this wouldn't happen again, which I made known to the groomer. To imply anything else is wrong! The owner said absolutely nothing while the groomer continued her verbal assaults, accusing me of lying. I am now responding to Buster Buddies response of my original review because their description of the event that transpired is not correct. I wish I noticed their response sooner because I certainly would have responded. I believe both the owner and groomer handled the situation inappropriately. I was not hostile when I approached the groomer, only asking her to be more careful. I guess that was the wrong thing to say because she became belligerent and the owner allowed her to act in this manner. I would NOT recommend Buster Buddies for their grooming services.
