Therapist suggested one type of mask to try which was ok, she said I could bring it back if I didn't like it. In the mean time the mask just didn't work for me. The therapist said try this one. It was perfect. Since this time I have tried to get a replacement mask. No one at Ricks or the supplier sending replacement masks could provide me with the number. Their third party sent a whole new box with the origin and wrong Mack from the beginning. I have been to Ricks four times. I was there and spoke with one of their employees last Thursday. I'm angry. I raised my voice as I was explaining it nicely after complimenting the two up front. One if which I started talking to her last October. so-called older supervisor lady wearing the same hair style as she did in high school threatens to call the police on me. During this time a customer often had to call several times to get through, especially to a person. This has changed. People can now find respirators. I have found that when I had a problem, NW Medical was quick to COME TO MY RESIDENCE and replace what wasn't functioning. Getting parts, like hoses and other parts has become MUCH easier. Of special mention is JOYCE. When a part wouldn't arrive in time, she brought it to me when she was done working. People here go out of their way to help those of us with issues. Many customer complaints had to do with circumstances surrounding NW Medical, not the company or employees themselves.

Absolutely horrible. My mom, brother, and grandmother go here to pick up medication. My mother has…read morehad the worst experience with them, and they're nothing but disrespectful toward her. They will tell her a day to pick up her meds that have already been approved, then tell her to bring an approval letter because she needed a "PA" when it was already approved, so they just let it sit for 5+ days even though it was already approved by insurance. They told her a specific day, (today) then told her to "come back tomorrow we do not have it", but already had a refill marked online. They are, quite frankly stupid and don't understand how to do their job. We've had many mishaps with them. The only person trustworthy and worthwhile is the elderly guy in the back. They even used to be one of the best pharmacies, but with new owners and new staffs it's absolutely horrific.
