I came into this location with an "expired" DL and a temporary paper version from the dmv as well as my social and I was met with complete incompetence. Not only did they turn me away trying to say it was invalid, which it is definitely not as that temporary is an official document from the DMV, but before I even was turned away it was an issue. There was a new guy at the counter who kept saying he can't do anything and needs to check with people while also not checking or getting anyone's attention. There was at least 5 people standing around gossiping while glancing over and seeing what was going on. Then when the new guy finally goes over to ask for help from one of his coworkers, she practically shoo's him away and then asks who needed her help... which was him. This place is full of incompetent personnel. And before I get a reply from the center I did get angry at the end. Been going through a lot. I flipped them off and told them to f themselves as I left. Not sorry, they were disrespectful and turned away a valid DL on the premise that it wasn't when it was. That is incompetence. I'm certain they know how to properly stab you and take your plasma. But anything beyond that, including proper customer service and care of patrons, is clearly beyond them. Donated today for the last time. appointments don't mean anything 2 people had a appointment after me but showed up early and got in ahead of me so just show up whenever you want. waiting 45 minutes to get hooked up to machin seems very normal for these guys so makes sure you have half a day to waste so you can make $30. read more
