I love this diet!! I have tried other diets and their food is t as tasty nor does the weight come off as fast. I have arthritis and other health matters and this diet actually helps me feel better and have less pain. It is east to follow with the prepackaged products and veggies. I eat more vegetables and love the fact that I can eat a variety of meat. The coaches are Fabulous!! Hands down the best Ideal Protein center around. I've used them back in 2018 and now again in 2022. They're friendly, encouraging and in support of your goals. Their inventory of foods is always great. I really appreciate the flexibility of in person or virtual coaching. They have ship to home if you can't make it in to pick up your food or live long distance. In 2018, I went from 217 lbs to 198. This year, I started at 234 lbs and am currently down 18 lbs so far. Please note this review is solely based on the current customer service level being received within the last month. Not I repeat not the the ideal protein program. Which by the way is amazing and between my daughter and I we have lost a total of 46 pounds in 9 weeks give or take so it does work! All that aside, for the past 30-45 days every time I have called their office no one ever answers; you leave a message and you get a call back 72 hours later... if you're lucky. I myself am in management however the way companies treat their existing and future customers/patients speaks volumes in regards to how you make customers/patients feel. No matter what is going on internally no company should put off customers/patients for that long. I have had great success thanks to my coach, who is a delight and a wonderful person all the way around. Due to the attention she gave me I had referred my cousin and aunt to the program. However with the customer service I've been getting recently I retracted my referral and suggested they seek out another place which can give the attention to their patient that they deserve. Hence the reason for the 1 star, I'm sure they won't suffer if they lose my daughter and myself as patients. However should they keep up the level of service they are currently giving I find it hard to believe they will have any customers/patients to service. read more

I am 4.5 months into maintenance and I still feel fantastic!! Gained weight but pure muscle mass exactly what I intended and boy do I eat. I have done 35 plus days and instead of resting I ride from the time the resort opens till close. When I play volleyball not only is my speed up but my strength has sky rocketed. LIFE CHANGER. I first went to see Julianna because I wanted to drop a few pounds. After doing a thorough initial consult interview and reviewing my blood work she looked at me and said "I could take 20 pounds off you in a month or two, but...
