This review is limited to the delivery service only.
Initially quite decent food, with the main weak spot being the flavourless and dry naan. After having ordered regularly (probably 6-8 times a month over the course of two years), the orders became increasingly late and displaying decreasing quality. As for the food itself, the butter chicken and palak paneer are generally decent, whereas the dal makhani is nothing like the real thing, and the lamb dishes usually very greasy.
Estimates of 30-40 minutes were always a joke, but my last order took 80 minutes and had several items missing. These were promised "within five minutes". 25 minutes later I called to complain, whereupon I (for the second or third time) only got excuses, as if it is an act of God that they are busy and are unable to anticipate this. I told them it would be my final order with Biofrische, and they doubled down on the excuses, rather than - heaven forbid - offer some sort of incentive to continue spending money there, especially considering how often we ordered there. another 20 minutes after that (more than 2 hours after the initial order !!!!) the missing items were delivered. I sent them back (obviously) and was offered no money back.
So that was that: my final order with Biofrische. And I would heartily recommend to anyone seeking a reliable Indian delivery restaurant to learn from my mistakes and avoid it from the very start. read more
