They actually review your medical history and ask plenty of follow-up questions to better understand your condition--so they know exactly where to scan, what to focus on, and how to interpret the images as the scan progresses. My last visit with them lasted an hour--that's how much effort they put into understanding my complex medical history and conditions. If the ultrasound techs find anything concerning, they'll notify the doctor, who will come in and examine the scan with you on the spot. You'll receive your report right then and there, and it's always very accurate. I wouldn't go anywhere else for an ultrasound.
