I suffer from high anxiety disorder so around 3h20 went to see what was going on, she mention to me I miss the appointment I was late, I response I wasn't late I was sitting in the waiting room and that she should done her work to call me. I say it makes no sense not to let the patient know about the appointment she say it was not her duty to do that, but mine to go register, but when you have a sickness normal you do not think. Well this week, my wife had an appointment so we went, guess what that doctor instead helping her told us to find another doctor because I start a big fight in the Medical Clinic, wow exagerated by the secretary I told the doctor what she did that day, but he defending her indeed. I felt judge by this doctor, I felt also he was racist toward my wife never taking the time to help he or understand her. Please be aware of that clinic, I would not recommend that place even if you desperate to be treated like a dog.

The clinic makes appointments but never follows the schedule. You can wait for hours in the room with ill people. So, if you bring a healthy child, most likely you will return home with virus or something else. So many complaints about receptionists and schedule but the management of the clinic just ignores. This "group" has gone from wholly incompetent to only caring about making money! Go to the ER…read moreinstead of wasting your time and money by going to their walk-in clinics. They should be investigated by the province for both the their shady business practices and ignorant doctors. They jumped on the Practical Nurse band wagon as soon as they saw others were able to charge for the visit since OHIP doesn't cover it. They couldn't care less about you!
