This company was to restore my home to the condition it was in before water heater blew. They arrived late most of the time. The needed to borrow my tools, I had to solve problems for them, they needed to borrow my ladder for painting, The restoration of the baseboards is horrible, they laid self stick tiles and when they did not sit right blamed the floor, in one area I had to tell the worker how to fix it. The result is floor still not right. The paint job on bathroom door absolutely horrible - painted over hair left by brush, drips and used rough unsanded wood to fix door jamb. They were supposed to make shelving over water heater w/panel to cover water heater, which was not done the shelf they put in was painted once, again rough unfinished wood. They tried to pawn off a "put it together book shelf with cardboard back" tried to tell me it was pressed wood - they even had a "crayon" kit to fix the gouges in one of the shelves. The book case they made instead of ea shelf 12" apart I wound up with 13", 15" and over 20". The owner S. Hodges apologized saying I tell them what to do and they don't always listen. He was certainly willing to take the insurance company's check. He wanted to send the same men back to "make it right" . In order to do so they would have to redo everything they did. I definitely not use them again and advised my insurance company of their ineptitude. I advise anyone to run if they hear the name Insured & Restored.
