I was given a date for a technician to come out. I was told an email would be sent with a date along with a picture of technician Brandon Falnnagan. First class at the office. I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle. Clean, well maintained, says al lot before the technician steps out. Brandon stepped up to the door dressed in company shirt, introduced himself with a smile. I invited Brandon in, he placed covers over his shoes. (THOUGHTFUL) We addressed the issues I was having with aunts. We covered the areas, Brandon went along with his inspection. My situation covered fire alarm,attic, outside areas. After inspection, Brandon shined as professional as he introduced himself. Knowledge of the trade, knowledge of products, explaining every aspect of products. Product that are safe for the home owner/pets/plants. The products I was using as a past spray applicator, I was controlling the issue. No need for service (HONESTY) not selling me a service I did not need. No charge for inspection. So, several of us got together and hired Mike with OR Pest to come take care of them. He trapped about 6 of them and then, when we didn't see anymore, his helper came out and put a strong wiring attached to the porch and way down underground to prevent them from digging down under and we haven't had any problems since. He is highly recommended by the Oregon State Wildlife people in Salem. He does Residential & Commercial places. Plus, he is a really nice guy.

I had a big problem with skunks for years, however, it got so bad that I needed help. The skunks…read moreburrowed under the cement patio and nested there. Mike Gustin came to my rescue. After capturing around 12 skunks he became very innovative. He dug a hole around the patio about 18 inches deep and 18 inches wide. He then installed metal screening, drillling holes every few inches in the cement and secured the screening with bolts. The skunks still come around and try to dig in but they can't get though the metal. Thank you, Mike. Haven't smelled skunks in months.
