He came to my home within two days to do a detailed estimate. We carefully explored several options. He emailed his estimate to me three days later. I noticed that it was a professional estimate complete with drawings, written warranty, DOPL license number, and costs to install the mitigation system. I did my due diligence by checking with DOPL, BBB, and the State of Utah consumer protection agency. Roger and his company have a spotless record with no complaints. I set the date to install. Roger arrived on time and finished the project that day on time. He worked like a very knowledgeable pro in the basement, garage, attic and up on the roof. He cleaned up all of his work areas. Roger gave me a free Radon test kit which I mailed off a few days after the work was completed. The test came back with a Radon level of 1.1, the best you can get. Now, my wife and I feel a lot safer occupying our basement area. I could not be more pleased with the whole process. My best advice for anyone is to skip the two big companies in Utah who cannot come to your home for 50-60 days after you call them. One big company makes estimates over the phone with a somewhat pushy style. I hope Roger puts his company sign up in my yard to advertise his great work.

They use a disinfectant that goes through the system and kills everything as well so I was relieved to know any mold would be gone right away. They found lots of construction debris and other trash. Apparently air ducts are a popular place to discard trash for construction crews... The filter in my furnace was pretty bad as well and they went out of their way to get me a new one. Green Home was very thorough and I feel so much better knowing we are moving into a clean home inside and out. I'm very happy with the service. I recommend them to anyone looking to clean the forgotten places where the air you breathe travels through.

After they left, I immediately noticed obvious stains that had been missed, including one in the middle of the living room. I removed it myself with nothing more than a wet rag. I also cleaned another stained traffic area on my own. If I could remove these spots so easily, they should not have been left behind by a professional cleaning service. To make matters worse, the cat urine smell remained. Between the missed stains, lingering odor, and rushed service, I don't believe the quality of work justified the $200 cost.

Originally my HOA had a "contractor" come and "fix" it, so I had no say in what happened. This contractor was so incompetent he placed tar inside of my house, managed to track it though my 6-month old carpet, get it all over the clean walls and doors--all while having me call him just to show up. After losing my mind with my HOA after 3 months, they called All Pro to get me back in my basement. After everything was completed, they (or their contractors) had 1. Removed the tar in my basement, 2. Resealed the foundation cracks correctly 3. Reframed the wall 4. Placed drywall, taped, mudded, textured 5. Repaired my outlet 6. Removed old baseboards 7. Cut and installed new ones 8. Painted everything--baseboards, accent wall, ceiling, walls 9. Relayed a new carpet pad 10. Stretched my carpet The difference in the experience was night and day. I never had to call them to find out what was going on or tell them to get there. They never missed an appointment, and they even gave me a great deal on what I was supposed to pay for replacing my warped and rotted baseboards. They finished everything in 3 weeks where it took the other incompetent contractor 3 months to get half way. I will say that their texturing on my wall was not as good as they guy I call myself. You can 100% see the streaks, but after 3 months of hell, I learned to pick my battles and was too happy to have the wall back up to care. I can't say anything about pricing because my HOA was responsible for the bill, but I can say they did a terrific job in communicating, they placed plastic over the entire site where they were working, they cleaned up after their projects, and they went out of their way (one person even working almost 12 hours on a Saturday to finish painting) to get my project finished. They were literally my god send, and I can't brag enough about them given the circumstances.
