Update: We tried multiple dishes now. Currywurst, beetroot, apple with kale and almost all entrees…read more The beetroot for 9€ is a 5 star dish. Rest is nicely done but tastes ok Menu: The menu has 4-5 appetizers listed and 4-5 entrees and 3-4 desserts. Basically small number of dishes to choose from. Menues change over Time though! Orders and meals: We ordered beetroot (rote Beete) - 10€. Fantastic dish! Nicely served and absolute tasty. Definitely recommend Main course we had the duck and the Dinkel bread (10€) with paprika. Skip the dinkelbread it was ok, but the duck was great (can't believe that was even vegan). The duck skin and the dish tasted great (15€) Price: For vegan, the location and quality of food I think it's reasonable. The portion sizes are ok but could be slightly bigger. Every entree is around 10-16€, you won't get full by just ordering an entree. Every appetizer ranges between 5-10€. So you can expect to pay 20-30€ with a drink for a evening dinner at this place. Is it worth it? - if you are a vegan: 100%. If you are not, definetly worth an experience you won't be fully Disappointed but might wanna try other

Gourmet food made with care. Nothing over-the-top or "shi-shi", just focus on quality, taste and experience - which I really like! Prices are average for the style of restaurant and the area. Service is nice and professional. Setting is a bit dim and antique creating a relaxed yet interesting atmosphere. Really nice place overall!

I don't know how anyone could give this place less than 5 stars; if I could give it 6, I would…read more First: the food is absolutely delightful. There are tons of options, including many vegetarian ones, and I have yet to try a dish that wasn't beautifully made, with balanced, light flavors. There are lots of beans, lentils, vegetables, yogurt-based sauces, olives, cheeses, stews, bread, tea, three or four variety of starchs--rice, couscous, bulgur, etc-, burek, fried stuff, baked stuff, boiled stuff.... Sometimes, if I need to eat one meal in a day, I'll go here. Second: the people that work here come from various places--Turkey, Lebanon, Germany, Cuba...ALL of them (that I've met) are friendly, generous, and welcoming (and patient as I point at the different foods to pile my plate with!). The atmosphere of the restaurant is awesome: a clean, simple yet warm vibe, classical music playing, and a back room where you can look onto the back yard. Third: you are getting ALL of this for either 7 or 9 Euro. I come from NYC, where one can easily--and in fact often does--pay twice that amount for food half as good. SUPPORT places like this, that offer lovingly made, healthy, delicious food for good prices....this is my favorite restaurant BY FAR in the neighborhood, and there are many other good ones here. I've brought about 4 friends here and all of them have been blown away...one even told me the next day, "dude, I can't stop thinking about that restaurant!".

I was quite amazed at how much food could fit on one plate! The service was amazing & such heart-felt. I would recommend this place to anyone! Although bear in mind there is not a whole lot of space to sit.

But in terms of the sushi it was not what we would expect. The rice was too dense. the taste ok but overpriced. The tofu is from the brand Taifun that you could buy in the grocery store. Small dine-in or dine-out vegan restaurant in Berlin's Kreuzberg area that offers a nice selection…read moreof vegan cheeseburgers and soft serve ice cream (soooo good). Food **** We both got the chili cheeseburger and the chocolate soft serve vegan ice cream. The cheeseburger was very good, a bit hard to eat but we managed to! The cheeseburger wasn't too spicy either considering it had jalapeños and chili on it. A scrumptious mixture of tomatoe, lettuce, jalapeños, chili, and vegan mayo! The soft serve chocolate soy cream was by far the best we've had. Overall a very good food experience. Atmosphere *** Cool, laidback atmosphere, dine-in or out restaurant but enough tables to happily seat many people. Nothing fancy or exceptional though. Service ** I would not rate this as high because the man who took our order got one of ours wrong. We ended up eating it anyway but was slightly annoyed that he didn't even offer to change it or credit us for that. I gave this two stars because I think there was a language barrier. Price $ Rather cheap considering the quality of food. Nothing felt overpriced here.
