Having spent my career in small business, I truly appreciate better than adequate customer service…read more Classic Shower Door understands the meaning of service. I recently called and asked to have a service call made on my now seven year old frameless shower door. One hinge had started to sag. Tammy Graham asked for a photo of the hinge, then explained, that it would have to be replaced. New hinges were installed a few days later. The installer did an excellent job and after seven years of constant use, there was no charge for the hinges or a trip charge. To me, this type of service goes above and beyond. The master shower still looks new after seven years and I will recommend Classic Shower Door to any who might ask, not only due to a flawless installation of product, but exemplary service. Ross D.

We had a good experience with Classic Shower Door!…read more I found them through Yelp, and asked him to come out and give us an estimate on replacing our rickety shower door in our new house. They were very responsive and on time. The installation went well after our order. There's a little bit of discoloration from the track of the old shower on the tile near the floor. But I guess that couldn't be helped. They did tell us about the holes that would be there in the tile when they remove the old shower.

Deciding we needed a full-length mirror in our walk-in closet after we'd moved in we contacted Fountain Glass. They sent out a person to take measurements and give us advice as to height, width, and placement. Today, Ray came out to install it and it's beautiful. Sadly, I don't recall the first tech's name but we found both him and Ray competent, punctual, considerate, professional and friendly. We absolutely recommend Fountain Glass for any relevant needs. I know I'll be calling back when we require additional glass service.

First of all, most places either do auto glass or window replacements or installation, not repair glass. That left me with only a few choices. I called all of the ones that did repair glasses on windows and this came in at the cheapest and fast. It was only $20 to replace the glass on the window as opposed to $247 and $150 at other places I called. Granted, when you come here, it's a very unassuming place but it's in an industrial block so I wasn't expecting much. I assume that keeps the overhead cost way down which is a benefit for customers like me. I can't wait to get my window back and come back to get other windows replaced since it's affordable.

Right after having it installed I started having water leaks that were somehow coming in after rains and soaking my floorboard below carpet. Long story short, I had taken it back to the installer several times and they repeatedly added more sealant but emphatically said that the leak was not due to their windshield installation. After a year of continual water leaks, I finally decided to take it in and have it checked out by someone reputable and established. Brought it to Kryger and the whole experience was a breeze. They carefully removed the windshield and quickly discovered the area where the previous glass installer had not sealed down the new windshield. They installed a new one, which was very reasonably priced, and were quick and very friendly with the whole process. Needless to say, this one was properly sealed and there are no more leaks. Thank you, Kryger! I'll be sending everyone I know your way, if they need auto glass work.

Third business offered was Screenmoble of Lee's Summit. I called and got an appointment for two days later. The owner showed up on time and explained the products. He then walked me through the process of install and construction needed. So, we heard his price and accepted his bid. We asked to have it finished before Spring. It was early December, he explained he would try. So after HOA approval letter we placed our deposit. It was January and there was a warm day forecasted, he called and the next day he had all the structure installed, no screen because he believed some weather a little warmer would help set the screening. Less than two weeks later he called and came to install the screening. It went quickly and he finished. Our porch was screened before Spring. He came under budget and got the credit off our bid. We are happy with his office staff who keep us informed and the owner that did a professional job from start to finish. I will always give him a called for my jobs.
