I have used this company for bin rentals of all sizes for the past four+ years as they are honest and trustworthy. After moving into a home that required major remodeling and cleanup, I was forced to rent bins on 15-20 occasions. Most recently, I rented a 3-yard bin (apartment-size) after completing a landscaping project for our front and rear yards and had grass, trees, and plants to dispose of. Customer service is AMAZING! Company reps will always quote me the exact cost of the bin rentals so that I know the price before they deliver any bins I require. Reps are very friendly and professional, and the delivery drivers who pick up and drop off the bins are friendly, easy-going, and hardworking. Prompt service and quick to answer the phone. The price is about equal to the competition. They were able to bring the dumpster quickly and did an early pickup without any issues at all. The person on the phone was knowledgeable with my questions and really i have no complaints. My family is clearing out my dad's house after he passed. I rented a 3 yard for $220. It got delivered as expected, but unfortunately we filled it up right away. I scheduled a swap (pick up old/put in new empty bin), then on the morning of the scheduled swap I called and said I needed a 10 yard dumpster for the second one instead of another 3 yard. They were able to change. One thing to note is that these are not amazon packages they are delivering, so don't expect to be able to just call and get one in 2 hours. They have to schedule their truck drivers with the right bins, so plan your work accordingly to use them efficiently. Overall this company satisfied my needs and delivered when I expected them to. I don't know if they are the cheapest or whatever, but I am happy with their service. read more

I just rented from Olman (owner) again. Whenever we have small remodeling projects, Bins 4 Less is hands down the least expensive option available and I've rented their bins on multiple occasions. Now it doesn't come with all the bells and whistles of immediate delivery or rapid pickup, but the owner is very nice, tries his best and delivers basic service at the lowest cost I've found. if you're in a hurry, need freshly painted bins or white glove service on pickups, you can arrange an upscale experience for your trash by paying nearly twice the price. I know this because I called and emailed 5 of the top rated firms on Yelp today - just to see if I could get a similar priced quote - I couldn't - no one came close to Bins 4 Less pricing. so thank you Olman - for offering a rock solid bargain on bin rentals! read more

Had such a great experience with Olman and his driver. They deliver fast with friendly service. Price is very competitive. I was in need of 40 yard bin and received it next day service. We filled it up faster than we thought we would and was able to call a couple hours later to have the full one swapped for a empty one same day! I will use him again. read more

He was very professional and the price was pretty much comparative to the others I called, which most of them did not deliver to my city or did not have bins available right away. Horrible customer service!! They are very disorganized, we set up an appointment so they can deliver a bin and it never showed up. We called and they said they forgot to book the bin. We gave them another try and they said they will deliver the bin at 9:00 a.m - 11:00 a.m the following day, they didn't show until 2 p.m. Now we are trying to call so they can pick up the bin and bring another one but wont pick up their phone, i guess they have caller ID because when we call with a different phone they seem to pick up but click as soon as they find out is us. This company is a joke. We rented a dumpster from them about 2 weeks ago on a Saturday with the agreement they would pick it up on the following Tuesday. They never showed up to pick the dumpster back up. We have left a voice mail every day with no response or call backs from Bins 4 Less. I finally got through to someone this morning and they told me it would be picked up between 10:00 and 11:00 am, here I sit at 2:00 pm and still have this dumpster blocking my driveway. read more
