Outstanding, Honest, and Seamless Medicare Guidance - Nina Szutu is the Best!…read more I first went to KCAL Insurance in mid-2025 to get my mom enrolled in Medicare, and Nina was our account manager. From day one, she was exceptionally professional and worked with incredible efficiency. What set her apart was her transparency--she clearly explained the essential pros and cons of several plans she recommended. She also helped print out the essentials of multiple insurance information for us to refer to later. We selected the plan that fit my mom's needs best, and it worked out flawlessly. When my mom's specific needs shifted in 2026, and my dad also reached the point of needing Medicare enrollment, my parents went right back to Nina. Once again, she made the entire process completely smooth and frictionless. Nina is upfront and honest about how different plans operate and how representatives work with providers, giving straightforward insights into the advantages and trade-offs of every option. If you or your family need expert, reliable, and stress-free help navigating Medicare, see Nina Szutu!

Choosing an earthquake insurance provider in California is one of those things that normally takes…read morea lot of time and you have to weigh through a ton of information. With Calico, all it took was a brief phone call with an agent who was well-informed and profession, and all of my options were available to me online so I could make informed choices and then activate the policy of my choice right there. I highly recommend Calico. They also have great, competitive rates.

Although I had lived in 5 homes (presently I live in our…read more5th home) I never carried a quake policy due to the exorbitantly high premiium and the grossly high deductible. Mr Ara helped me get my policy from Guideone Insurance. However, 3 months ago, it wrote to say it would not renew my policy because it no longer will offer quake insurance in CA. Of course, I called Calico, left a message with an AI lady who obtained my name, phone #, and reason for the call. The next business day, Mr Ara dutifully returned my call. He very professionally went over with me the various choices I have to replace the Guideone policy. At the end I selected GeoVera based on the information shared by Mr Ara. I'm glad I have him for my quake insurance policy coverage. Will certainly refer him to my relatives and friends.

I have been with Reinas Insurance for over 25 years. During…read morethat time, I have never encountered any issues with them. Peter and his team work with you from beginning to end and they make everything easy to understand because understanding and reading a policy is like trying to learn a new language. I love the fact they try to work with your budget and explain what each policy includes and the cost of it. They are only a quick phone call away for whatever INSURANCE questions I have and I think that's a nice personal touch for their clients instead of being put on hold like other big insurance companies would probably do. I'll be sticking with Reinas for as long as I can.

I'm disappointed with my experience. My premium jumped by $800-$900 with no clear or direct notice,…read moreand the policy was auto-renewed without my explicit consent--even with such a significant increase. When there's a price change this large, you'd expect clear communication and some form of confirmation. Instead, the only message I received was a vague "Your auto renewal is all set," which didn't clearly explain the new rate. After contacting customer support, I was repeatedly told that an email had been sent, but I never received anything that actually outlined or justified the increase. There was no real accountability or attempt to resolve the situation. Overall, the process felt frustrating and poorly managed. I strongly suggest others double-check their renewal details and seriously consider other insurance options. I would not recommend Progressive based on this experience.

They told us to pay the deductible for the damages before they would repair our cars, then they would do what they call "segregation". Progressive never came to look at the damages only asked for pictures. Car #2 progressive said I had under insured drivers coverage but once they had proof the at fault driver's policy lapsed, then I'd only pay $250 not the full $1000 deductible, they also said they would take the at fault driver to court to get my deductible back. WELL THAT WAS A LIE. PROGRESSIVE HAD ME AND THE AT FAULT DRIVER WAITING FOR COURT INSTEAD, THEY SENT HER TO COLLECTIONS.
