Wow! Bingsu Bliss is not your average ice cream, it's more like an ice cream experience!! The ice cream is like nothing we've had before. Soft, fluffy, delicious shavings of ice cream that melt in your mouth! And the toppings, they are plentiful. The whole thing was like a little ice cream work of art! We tried the Lychee Burst... it was delicious!! They were out of the lychee boba but substituted a different boba flavor, so all was good! Service was very pleasant and as for ambience... you either wait in the parking lot or sit in your car until your pager goes off letting you know that your order is ready. Pricing starts around $10 per order and go up from there. We will definitely be back, there are so many other flavors that we want to try!! *TIP: Call and order ahead of time or be prepared to wait! I was curious to try this place after seeing a video on social media. This is located in the parking lot of Prime Pizza. We walked up straight to order, and they asked if we could wait while they finished up an order. We ordered 4 different flavors, horchata, taro, and two brownie. Once I paid, the employee said it would be a 20 minute wait because it takes time to make each order. I think this should be mentioned before you order, so be prepared to wait. I think once it's summer time, this might be an issue if they get busier. I really enjoyed the taro flavor, but I was surprised with the quantity of ice cream you get. I was not able to finish mine. If you have kids, maybe sharing one would be fine. My kids, who are 10 and 12 didn't finish theirs either. I tried my kids chocolate brownie, and I felt the chocolate flavor was underwhelming. Yelp has marked this location as closed and I'm not sure if it's because it's a cart in a parking lot and not a standalone business so the hours and availability vary, or if they have actually closed it down. We grabbed a couple bingsu here a few weeks ago and I wanted to come back and try them again before I reviewed. On my first visit I really wanted the matcha and red bean bingsu as it is always my go-to. They said they did not have the stuff to make it and that was disappointing. I almost had them make me a plain matcha to add my own red bean from home but I wanted to get the full experience. So I ordered watermelon instead. Wait one was a bit long but the price was reasonable. It was much smaller than I expected and although I loved the fruity pebbles on top, the ice cream flavor itself was super mild and it was hard to tell exactly what the flavor was. I have also tried falooda bliss and honestly it tasted similar to the watermelon. There was a hint of floral but the ice cream itself is overly milky and mushy for a bingsu. While you need that creamy condensed milk, it also needs to be icy and crisp. The "noodly" shape is odd and off-putting and the texture on the bingsu here is too heavy. If you like regular ice cream with toppings, you would probably like this cart. read more

I was so excited to see that Lodi now has a bingsu spot. I finally tried it today and was very impressed. They have a huge variety of flavors and unique fusion styles. I tried the honeydew bliss and the ice cream itself was perfectly flavored with a delightful creamy and fluffy texture. The toppings were plentiful and delicious. The mochi was soft in texture and had a delicious mild flavor. The parking lot where this food truck is pretty small and they were pretty busy so I would recommend parking on the street. Otherwise service was quick for me and my order was ready 5 minutes after ordering. read more

Having just visited multiple bingsu spots in the bay, you don't know our excitement knowing we didn't have to drive so far for great dessert! Anyways, I think we have tried the kit kat, lychee, oreo, pistachio, taro taro, matcha, and thai tea. I think the only one i didn't like was the pistachio, it kind of tasted a bit off to me, but other than that everything was awesome. Wish I had pictures of all, typically we devour our bowls before getting a chance to get a picture. Owners are really nice, you get a buzzer for your order so you don't have to wait outside. Oh my gosh I've been wanting to try Bingsu for months and yesterday my boyfriend and I looked up where we can find the closest one only to find out it's in Stockton! I LOVED the shave ice. It took a little to get the food however you get a buzzer so you can go walk around, sit in your car or anything to pass the wait. The ice cream itself was SO good. I got taro and my bf got rocky road both were SO YUMMY the ice cream was so light and airy but packed with flavor in the most harmonious balance. It was sweet but not too sweet. PERFECT. I've been here about 4 times in a month! And I'm not often a repeat customer. Every flavor we have tried has been unique and so tasty. My older nephew is not easily impressed when it comes to dessert since he doesn't care for it. He is a total a dessert snob and he rates this place a 5/5!! We have tried the lychee, taro, matcha, thai tea, Oreos and Kit Kat. The only thing that would make it even better is if there were a bit more toppings. For example, If there is already mochi in the ice cream and you pay to add another side of mochi I don't see much of a difference.
