I've brought both of my fur babies here for different reason- sick visits, vaccines, etc. And I always leave so impressed with how efficiently their office runs and their excellent customer service. The vets & techs are all compassionate and caring and treat your fur babies with extra care. They take time to explain everything to you and answer any questions. I always leave feeling heard and my concerns addressed, I know with Bingle vet my babies are in good hands. I also love the ease of being able to make appointments, including same day appointments for urgent issues. They're also open on Saturdays which is really convenient and recently lowered the price of their office visits which I really appreciate it. Prior to today, I would have given 5+ stars. However today Bingle failed me. We have been loyal customers with our many pets for the last 4+ years. Today changed it all for me. I have a significantly injured pet and was 6 minutes late to my appointment. I was informed initially that they would get me back but a little delay. After sitting there for greater than 20 minutes and watching others scheduled after me go back, I inquired. The front desk person informed me that I was too late and would have to reschedule for another appointment later in the day. If this were a sick appointment, while I might be frustrated, I would have worked with it. My pet was quite sick and we ended up at another vet for significant treatment. It is a shame that zero grace was given in this situation. Where has customer service and compassion gone? read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - This place has no empathy for your pets but just bothered about how to fleece the customers. Our Frenchie was having a skin infection back in Mid December 2024. They prescribed meds . Then second visit his pee became slow ( Beginning Jan 2025 ) his meds were changed. 3rd Visit he was peeing blood ( Jan 27, 2025 ) - Serious condition . His meds were changed the 3rd time but the meds they give this time were huge and we struggled to give him the pills. So first thing next morning called them up at 9 am . Got a return call from assistant around 1:30 pm to maybe give injections to which we agreed but he had to check with doctor. We finally got a call from the doc around 4:30 pm telling there are no injections for it. You can bring the pet to us and each time we give the pills $ 17.50 would be the charge - mind you he needed one of the pills twice a day . Additionally they don't value your time . Every visit be ready to give away 1-2 hours of your time with the waiting etc . The doctor was more busy telling all the charges than being caring about the health of the pet. We asked if they could provide the soluble jelly to make the syrup ourselves to which she replied will have to check with management and get back to you. Finally I get a call yesterday February 6, 2025 to tell me to pick up the syrup. I asked so my pet was down with a serious condition on January 28th and you are calling me February 6 for the med . Do you think it was fine for your doctor to make us wait this long ? Sorry but I am not bringing my pet anymore to you guys. You guys don't care. If I could give zero star thats what I would give. read more

Everything about this vet office was above and beyond my expectations! I was told by my former vet that I could only do curbside because of the covid. I was also told that most vets are doing this practice. So I called 2 of the nearest vets. I'm so glad I found Bingle Vet. Dr T was through and worked tirelessly to investigate some issues my pet was having, my appointment lasted 1 hr! Talk about care concern and wanting to know all about my dog. I felt heard and not rushed out the door for the next patient. The assistant and office staff person were exceptional too! My pet is healing up perfectly from his skin damage. Highly recommend! After Circle B failed to reach out after an emergency vet trip to VEG, emails, left vm & after 7 years of care, my sister quickly referred her vet for her 3 pups! My dog had suffered a slipped disc and needed to be seen and she was also experiencing bloody stools which we think was from anti inflammatory meds. Dr Silberman and his tech was SO thorough, warm and answered many of our concerns. They redid her meds to one more tolerable, completed exams and eased our minds. I have been going to Bingle vet for about 9 years, but they don't seem to care about your pet. My small mix 14lb dog has a slip disk and I kept telling them that and they were aggressive with him for nail trim and nasal injection. Makes me wonder if they are the ones that hurt his neck in the first place. My dog is not aggressive at all, in fact he loves people and is very friendly. On top of that, they never used to charge for nail trims and this time they charged me 20$. They asked me the sign the paper after the nail trim was completed. The office should notify their clients when things have changed, like charging for a nail trim! The vet(Lauren Ellender) didn't even touch my dog and I was charged 65$ for exam and evaluation. Oh wait, she did touch him but only to draw blood...which took 2 mins tops! I never saw the vet listen to my dogs heart, or check his ears like i asked to be done! Overall, I'm very disappointed in how my dog was taken care of. I will NOT be returning to them and after 9 years with them, i will be looking for another vet because my dog will no longer be seen by them again! read more

I used to love this place for my dogs, but when I recently took my older dog, the doctor (Dr Ellender) hardly looked at him and diagnosed him with arthritis. I took him to another vet who thoroughly looked at him , checking out his knees and had me walk him around, he was diagnosed with a torn ACL. The doctor talked more about herself and her knees/arthritis rather than my dog. Plus I paid them $150 for them to "look" at my dog and medicine vs the new place where I paid $60 for an exam & medicine. Other than that one veterinarian, the staff is great. I'm giving one star because she was absolutely no help & wasted my time & money when I could've been getting an orthopedic consult for my dog for the same price of $150. read more

THeir standard response if your pet needs help or is ill is to take them to the Emergency Animal Hospital. They do not build into their schedule for appontments for sick pets. They do shots, exams and standard surgeries. Dr. Tesch left and it became even more frustrating to get help. read more

Do not board your pet here, this is my vet so I thought they would take great care of my pet, I was wrong. June 3rd I went on a vacation and boarded my 1year old Maltese Oreo here for a week. Before I left him at Bingle Vet for boarding he was bathed and brushed out the night before and had no mats. During his stay on June 8th the attendant called to ask me if they could give my dog a bath because he got pee on himself while in the crate. I agreed and thought nothing of it later. When I returned to pick him up on June 12th the attendant had sprayed Oreo with dry shampoo before bringing Oreo to me (which I thought was weird). When he handed Oreo to me I immediately felt mats all over his body. I didn't complain right then and there and that was my mistake. When I called the groomer, that they recommended by the way they told me that for an extensive hair cut like that, Oreo wouldn't be able to come in until July 3rd. So I called my groomer that I normally go to and scheduled an appointment for Thursday June 17th after I picked him up. So on June17th I dropped Oreo off to be groomed and the groomer immediately called me and let me know that he had to be shaved because the mats were so bad. I asked her if that was absolutely necessary and she said nothing else could be done. When I called Bingle Vet Katy back to express my frustrations and wanted to be reimbursed for the grooming bill the manager Evelyn Ortega told me all she could do was reimburse me for the bath then told me I couldn't go back to the vet because I wasn't satisfied with the boarding service. This has been our vet for a year now and they told me I couldn't come back because of an error they made. Horrible. I had to have my mom bring my dog in for a RX refill. They didn't tell me they didn't accept online pet medicine refills. I spoke to 3 different people including the vet. No one said anything. After about a week of the the online medicine clinic trying to contact them I was told I needed a physical RX. The vet I spoke was unimaginably rude. Told me it was my fault bc my mom had to bring her her. Completely unprofessional to blame their mess up on the customer. They charged me for an exam, but the vet didn't actually do anything but look at her from a distance and decree she had a skin infection. They sell expired medication - Luckily the expiration date was right on the packaging for one of the medications, but how expired is everything else they're giving our pets? When I requested they give me unexpired medication, I got to pay for it again. After giving this to my dog religiously for a month, she is still sick. They over vaccinate - If I hadn't known to question it, they would have given my pets vaccinations they didn't need. They don't really care about your pet - They're right there with your bill when you pick up your pet after a procedure, but the vet never talks to you, no one tells you how it went, and they don't follow up at all to see how your pet is doing. Poor service - Tech is very hands off and the instructions on the medication was incomplete. read more

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Bingle Vet. We brought our cat, Sofia, in shortly after the first of the year thinking that it was time for her to cross the Rainbow Bridge. The team there acted with so much compassion and understanding that the most important thing for us was that she was not suffering and able to have a positive quality of life. Rather than simply rushing us to make a decision, the staff took their time to talk with us and shared their belief that maybe she was just in a bit of a crisis and that they were confident we could pull her through this. Lo and behold, that is exactly what they did! With some tweaks to her Thyroid medication and some IV fluids, we had our Sofia back! We love Bingle Vet and will continue to bring all of our furry family there for treatment. Unlike other veterinary offices that I have been to, I never felt like they were up-selling me on anything or using my affection for my furry family to empty my wallet. With their support and care, we have our dear Sofia that has been a part of our family longer than two of our children have even been alive! Our lives would be empty without her and I can't say thank you enough to Bingle Vet - Katy for helping us to provide her with a few more years of our love and companionship. One day soon, I know we'll have to make some hard decisions as our Sofia is a little over 16 years old and not such a frisky kitten any longer but I am so comforted by the fact that when that time comes, the staff at Bingle will be there to help us make the best choices for her with love and with caring. read more

They require a paper copy of your personal drivers license or passport. They have NO information security policy. I doubt that the vet thought through the liability for a data breach. My miniature Schnauzer started to feel ill. His regular vet closed at 12p as it was a Saturday. Called the Bingle Vet office that Saturday afternoon and Taneka was so understanding and kind. She was able to squeeze us in as a walk-in, even though we are not patients. We walked in and Taneka greeted us and also Amie. The examination fee was only $55, so affordable! Dr. Andrew Tesh was friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and nicely decorated. On Monday, received a follow-up call from them to check on my baby. Great place! Highly recommend. I'm so disappointed in this place. We visited the Katy office with our 10 month old cane corso/italian mastiff PUPPY (105 lbs) for the first time since before COVID. He nervously tinkled when we arrived in the lobby, which was a clear indication that he wasn't comfortable. The lady at the front desk was really friendly and hospitable and escorted us to our room. The doctor arrived 15 minutes later and my puppy was barking quite a bit as he's not used to masks, but it wasn't an aggressive bark. We tried to explain to the doctor and nurse/tech that he's really sweet, just doesn't like masks. The doctor "examined" and "diagnosed" him within 2 minutes from 3 feet away. He didn't touch or spend any real time with him before asking me to take him out of the room due to the barking. I was annoyed, but understood that it was difficult to have a discussion over his deep barking...so I left while he and my husband chatted. We called Bingle again recently as our puppy was under the weather. The doctor that we spoke with over the phone was friendly, but informed us that the note in our file said that our puppy is "very aggressive". Excuse me?! He's a PUPPY with ZERO people or dog aggression. Dogs bark; nervous/scared dogs bark...especially when strangers approach them with masks. He didn't snarl, growl, bite, or show any signs of aggression. My dog is my "child" and I don't appreciate you labeling him as aggressive just because he was barking. If you're afraid of this breed or inexperienced...own that and don't foolishly label my dog as "very aggressive". He really is the sweetest thing and you all would know that if you spent more than 2 minutes with him. Ah well, time to find a new vet. *shrug* read more

Amazing experience! The office was very nice and clean. The staff was amazing. Everyone gave Cookie so much attention. They were literally all sitting on the floor with her loving on her. I took her there for a leg injury and instead of recommending expensive treatments like x-rays, etc....the doctor determined it was probably just a strain or sprain and sent us home with anti-inflammatory meds and recommended rest for a week. Dr. Andrew Tesh is so WONDERFUL, he took the time to talk to my furbaby & telling him what he was going to do etc... in the mean time his vet tech is nice & to the point. Unfortunately, after arriving home my dog became ill with a rash around his eyes, muzzle, belly etc... I rushed him to emergency & he was given Benadryl & a drug interaction shot. He is fine now thank goodness. My shock is that the Dr or anyone else in his office did not call to see how he was feeling???? read more

My boyfriend and I got a coupon for a free examination for here, so why not. We brought in our puppy to get an examination done, and wanted quotes for the vaccination prices before getting them done. The technicians were very friendly. We even told the technician we weren't going to get shots done today. When the veterinarian came in, he didn't really greet us, he just went straight for our puppy. He quickly started giving him shots, and giving him pills without even explaining to us what he was doing or giving , and we didn't even get a chance to tell him that we didn't want any shots done today, and our bill came out to be $178. There was a lot of miscommunication there, and we ended up just paying $90 even though we didn't plan on getting shots done today. But overall, the staffs were really understanding and helpful. read more

My experience with Bingle Vet Katy started off okay. I boarded my pet for the weekend and received a message on a Sunday that he'd had an accident in the crate and will be given a bath. Accidents happen, I get it. What was troubling to me was that our pet never defecates in his crate. Except for extenuating circumstances such illness or lethargy. They were closed this day so I could not call. The next morning I inquired about the timing in which he was last walked or allowed to relive himself. The staff member informed me that because they are not allowed to work after hours, my pet was left crated for some 16 hours! 4:00 pm to 8:00 am the next morning. Of course he's going to have an accident. He apologized but in reality he was only doing what he was told to do. The manager approached me and we had an exchange but I will admit that she did not help to reduce my level of frustration at all. She did ensure to communicate that the clinic hours were posted all over their website. I can only assume that she said this as to imply that I should have realized he would be left crated for 16 hours on Saturday night and who knows how long on Sunday. Because after all, they're closed on Sunday's. I do not expect for anyone to treat my pet the way I do, but I certainly will not allow anyone to mistreat or neglect him in capacity. read more

Please don't go here if you love your pet. I took my cat in after observing he was weak in his walking and after waiting for an hour and getting the nurse to look at him the doctor walked in, briefly checked the symptoms (jaundice) and suggested blood work, medication and fluid therapy with a follow up 3 days later. After medication and fluid therapy the staff sent the cat with us home. My cat completely collapsed and was unable to stand on 4 legs. In calling them next day we were only able to talk to muse and on going back to the clinic there was no doctor and his entire interaction was over the phone and email to only the nurse. This was an absolute emergency situation and we did not get the doctors attention. The nurse again put him on fluid therapy and observed his stats and then suggested we take him to the 24 hour emergency hospital. The emergency hospital was shocked to note hat thon doctor from bungle did not suggest taking the cat to emergency the prior day for a jaundice condition. The survival rate was 5% and they suggested putting him to sleep as his liver had completely failed which was devastating to us. We had to make to difficult decision of putting him to sleep. Overall the bingle staff in Katy is very young and inexperinced and don't value your time or life of your pet. The doctor spares very little time. The cost of care is extravagant. My cat (14 years with me) who was walking around lost his life within 24 hours after going to this place. Please stay away from this place. read more

I highly recommend Bingle Vet. I won't take my dogs anywhere else after our experience there. My husband and I just adopted a second dog and wanted to get her examined. We were going to take her to a different vet, one that our other dog has been to before, but my husband found a Bingle Vet coupon for a free first exam in a local magazine. We were able to get an appointment at Bingle the same day and when we arrived we were so pleased! They absolutely showered us with gifts: homemade dog treats, doggy waste bags, even a tennis ball thrower. Each employee was sweet and welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. The place was very clean and the artwork was really eye catching. Best of all was Dr. Vaughan, who loved on our new dog and made her feel super comfortable. His examination was gentle, thorough, and illuminating; he helped us decipher our dog's breed (she's a mutt), he gave us tips about flea and tick administration that we'd never heard before (always give your dog the newest formula available), and he advised us to give her a heartworm shot, something we'd never heard of before. He told us it's effective for 6 months and has no adverse effects, and he uses it on his own dogs. I was a little worried that this option would cost an arm and a leg, but it was actually the same price, if not a little cheaper, than 6 months of heartworm tablets. As I was writing this review, they actually called me to check up on our dog to make sure she's ok and ask if we have any questions about yesterday's visit! Bingle Vet is a bit of a drive from our home, but it's absolutely worth it. We will definitely take our other dog there the next time she needs her heartworm prevention so she can have the shot, too. I've had experiences at three other vets, but never one as wonderful as this! They've made us customers for life! BONUS: there is a really nice Pet Supplies Plus next door, and that's our favorite pet store chain. read more

We had the best experience at the Katy location! This was our first visit, and I brought in two of my oldest Maine Coon cats. My 3 year old daughter was with me, and she was so happy to have a coloring station set up in the waiting room. I appreciate the staff thinking about our human babies as well as our fur babies! Pat and Linda at the front desk were very sweet and welcoming. When booking my appointment, they were very organized and got me in quickly and efficiently. When I arrived, they were ready for us and the wait was not long at all. Once we were in the room, we were taken care of pretty quickly by our techs, Amie and Rachel. They explained everything to me as many times as I needed them to as my situation was a little complicated with multiple cats from two different countries and two different sets of records in two different languages. Dr. Lauren Ellender was FABULOUS. She took her time with us, listened to my concerns, and I never once felt like she was trying to sell me on testing or medications that weren't necessary. When I was given a quote for services, both Dr. Ellender and one of the techs (I'm not sure if it was Rachel or Amie) walked me through the quote explaining everything to me down to what was absolutely vital and what I could wait on if needed. Prices were fair, and the medication prices were less than what you could find on various pet medication websites. Dr. Ellender also printed off multiple articles for me to read to ensure I am feeding my Maine Coons the healthiest diet, and never once did she try to sell me on high priced prescription food.
