They try to upsell you on all kinds of things to get you to pay more, including now they apparently will not do a vaccination without a wellness exam (cha-ching), which involves nothing more than a 2 minute examination and asking a couple questions. For almost $100!!! Not a big deal overall, so I'll just pay over the phone, right? Not this place, some crazy eyed lady literally shut the exam room door in my face and threatened to call the police because I calmly said I'd gladly pay over phone when I returned home. Have always paid them without issue, but no she wanted to immediately escalate a non-issue. Crazy eyed lady said my only choices were to get someone else to pay or they hold my dog hostage? What Bolshevik madness is this? Great way to treat your customers a$$€holes. Never again.

My pets are my family and they get that here. My cats have been seen by the staff, even through my ones kidney disease diagnosis. They have gone above and beyond in teaching me how to give him an IV, and doing it for me sometimes as well. It has been about 9 months since the news and he has been not just living and getting by but still thriving. My dog still hates going to the vet- he's had many visits at his young age of 4. Nether the less, I trust the women here at Kannapolis Animal Hospital. Both Dr. Bird and Dr. Duty (sorry if I misspell) have always been helpful and understanding even during emergencies when I have a hard time making decisions. Thanks for everything!

Teddy usually falls asleep on the ride home from camp as she's so exhausted from her doggy adventures but you can tell how happy and incredibly well cared for she is during her time away. We've had issues with boarding facilities in the past (check my reviews if interested) which left us hesitant to booking, especially considering the expense that comes with larger breed considerations. However, not only does TCC have better care, facilities, and customer service; they are also easier on the checkbook. Teddy definitely has a home away from home in TCC, and even though our new move puts us another 15 minutes out, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

On our most recent trip, our flight out of Mexico was cancelled and we needed another 24 hours of pet sitting with no advance notice. One quick text to Don and we were all set.
