Customer service at Goodwill of Southern Nevada is nonexistent so don't expect any help with…read moreanything. I've made purchases through various Goodwill locations and have never had an issue. I've lived in CA for 10 years but somehow Goodwill of Southern Nevada found my address in MA from 10 years ago and shipped it there!!! I received a package from another goodwill location 3 weeks prior to this supposed deliver and it came to CA. I also had another package coming so I immediately called them and li and behold they had my CA address! The man at Soutjern Nevada said tough luck basically when I spoke to them. I then emailed a higher up, they opened a ticket and finally got back to me and said "sorry have a nice day". I only wanted them to retrieve the package and nothing more. I heard crickets. I've initiated a chargeback AVOID GOODWILL OF SOUTHERN NEVADA AT ALL COSTS They should remove the name Goodwill since they obvious have none. They'll take your money and then who cares what happens after that. Just a horrible company and I will never donate or buy from them again.

Sometimes the sections are a little sparse, and I have a theory that people tend to donate to Goodwill or Savers over this store. I think people may not know this hidden gem exists, as it is in a shopping center rather than a stand-alone store with big name recognition. The prices are phenomenal, especially the books. I can load up on a ton of books for our Little Free Library and not spend too much. I recently visited and I'm not a fan of how the clothing has been re-arranged. They used to have men's, women's, and children's and now the kids clothing is divvied up into the men's and women's section. If you're a thrifter looking for a good deal, give this store a chance.
