So crucial for people like me who think dogs are little four-legged rainbows, furry little smile-factories that make the world a better place to live in. It is probably the best I've tried this season. The porridge is a hugely generous serving, made on oat milk with cinnamon, vanilla and topped with blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, poached peaches and some granola. I loved this and recommend you order it! They've also got some tasty little treats on the front counter that make a perfect accompaniment with your coffee. The lunch options have a few types of sandwiches; a Rueben or steak, some burgers; pulled pork, Portuguese chicken, the grass fed or double cheeseburger or a vegie burger. They also have a kofta plate, chicken schnitzel or salmon. I had the ultimate cheat meal; a grass-fed cheeseburger with beef, cheese, caramlised onion, pickles, lettuce, ketchup, mustard and mayo. The sauce was oozing from the side and I am salivating thinking back to this. All on a milk bun, it is a great burger. Accompanied with fries and they were really nicely seasoned. As for drinks, coffees, cold pressed juices (pre-bottled) or frappes and shakes, I went for a vanilla milkshake - loved it. We also got a good iced coffee sans ice cream. Much to my surprise, the yogurt & Muesli rested on a generous portion & variety of fresh fruit that complimented the dish so well. The egg omelette was brilliant as well, filled with ham, cheese, mushroom & tomato & a side of sourdough toast. One of the meals alone would have filled me up but the fact that I had to try two meant that I left completely satisfied! The only issue I think the cafe has to deal with is that it is located on Rocky Point Road that did get quite loud at times, however, if you go at a more appropriate time, I doubt that you will experience so many trucks. Is it utterly necessary to burn your toast to a crisp?! Again, maybe the customer should be consulted as to how they want their toast cooked? Other than that, I found the service to be rather slow. Would I return? I can't say at this time.

My friends ordered the salmon benedict breakfast and the gluten free fields mushroom bruschetta - which was mushroom and cheese. I ordered the field mushroom eggs benedict. We all decided on the half portion sizes. The food came out within ten minutes and we were all pretty hungry by then. I cut into my mushroom and noticed that where there was supposed to be egg was cheese. I realized that they gave me the mushroom bruschetta instead so I told the waitress. She apologized and took it back. My friends had already started eating so I just had to wait another 6-7 minutes before getting the right order. When it came out my friends were also done but the egg was nicely poached and the hollandaise was creamy and delicious. The field mushrooms were nice and flavorful and the multigrain bread was also very tasty. Overall a very good, healthy and filling meal. Can't imagine how full we'd be if we had gotten the full portions! Definitely will come back. Good service, good food.
