Over the last couple of years I have had the need to use Roof Leak Patrol. Fortunately when looking over the area they would find the leak has been around a vented area. I never got the feeling they were trying to find more than what was needed to be repaired and gave me a reasonable quote and stayed with that quote even when it would be discovered more needed to be done than expected. I have used them on 4 different projects and have not had a reason to have them come back to fix a job because it wasn't done correctly. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors without any coming back with anything but praise. Thank you Paul and Madeline for your hard work and great customer service.

Outstanding Service and Workmanship from MasterCraft Roofing…read more After being stuck in a frustrating 7-month contract with another company--full of false promises and no real progress--we were desperate for help before hurricane season. One phone call to MasterCraft Roofing changed everything. Riley Fauteux, one of MasterCraft's managers, came out immediately after our call. He listened to our concerns, assured us they could help, and had a contract signed on the spot. True to his word, our new metal roof was completed at a great price within just two weeks. Throughout the process, Riley kept us fully informed so we always knew what to expect. The crew was hardworking, efficient, and professional, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The roof looks fantastic! In a time when great customer service is rare, MasterCraft stands out as a company that truly delivers both exceptional service and high-quality work. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

I told home that was way to much and asked if he could do just the worst area. They refigured the estimate and it was $385. I agreed to pay that amount. I also gave him the days that I will not be home 9th, 15th, 16th July. I get a text message that he came to my residence on the 25 to do the work but I never got a email confirming he was coming.
