There has never been a time where David hasn't been professional and accommodating He goes above and beyond for his customers and his employees have always been professional, polite, and respectful of my home. The work his company does has always been impeccable and that's why I'm going to be calling him for the fourth time. I felt the need to write this because it is beyond me what I'm reading right now as I know none of it is true. Every bit of it sounds so calculated and repetitive as if it's all coming from the same person. It's sad that people have nothing better to do with their time these days then to try to taint a very kind upstanding professional . I will be calling Southern Textures in the next week for work I need done and I would recommend him to anybody. I actually did recommend him to my mother. He did work for her also. He does amazing work and he's a very upstanding professional .

They have NO SHOWED on 4 separate occasions, over a period of 3 weeks. They do not answer the phone or they tell you they're on their way and then never show up. Leaving you sitting around waiting for hours / days / weeks. I feel that I have been more than patient but have still been unable to get the job completed. I have taken multiple days off work and rearranged my schedule to make the days they rescheduled work and then nobody shows up. My house has been torn apart for weeks due to the ongoing scheduling issues. They have left me no choice than to post reviews of this experience and file a complaint. Additionally, within minutes of me and my partner leaving a Google Review they tried to report the review stating that we were not even clients, even though we have screenshots of everything, including all calls, text conversations, and the Zelle payments amounting to $850. Additionally, we just found out that their license is VOID and they are unlicensed - claiming License # 17-P-20764-X and CC # 23-DL-22957-X - 7/22 Wednesday - spoke to office and scheduled the job. - My job was originally scheduled for 9:30am Friday 7/31 - Saturday 8/1. - 7/31 Friday - Nobody showed up. I called and texted all day Friday. Kept being told someone would be here within 1-2 hours. Nobody ever came. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Friday 8/7 - Saturday 8/8. - 8/7 Friday - Trey showed up. - 8/8 Saturday - Nobody showed up. Again, I called and texted all day with little to no responses. Saturday night at 7:30pm Wayne showed up and said it would take him at least 5 hours to complete - that would've been 1am. He left and said someone would come back Monday. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Monday 8/10. - 8/10 Monday - Trey showed up late around 11am. He stayed and worked through the day, however, did not get the ceiling to a smooth finish and decided to paint it anyway. I pointed out all of the bubbles and cracks and he attempted to repair while the paint was still wet. Obviously this did not work. I called the owner, David, and expressed my concerns and was told it would be fixed. It was not. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Friday 8/14. - 8/14 Friday - Nobody showed up. I called and spoke to the office. She said the crew was dropping someone off and that they were on their way. She stated someone would be here before Noon. Still nobody showed up. I have been calling and texting all day with no response from the owner or the office!

I called James Agnew, the owner of Stucco Designs to complete the wood repair on my home…read more I struggled for months trying to find a reputable company and after I was referred by my friend billy who also had Mr. Agnew repair his hollywood home I was happy to finally have the work started and near completion. The wood work is considered a repair and didn't need any permits from the city which also was a relief. James gave me an affordable estimate on the work that needed to be done and got started immediately. It took a week but the work is nearly finished, the only thing that is holding it up is the Lolly columns that will hold the deck up. I guess you would call those support columns. James and Scott who is a contractor, worked vigorously on repairing my wood damage that was causing a sag on an upper deck. Each day I would go and check on the progress and was pleased at the way they reconstructed the rotten wood that had damaged the deck. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs any type of structural repairs as well as any modifications or even to install lighting or ceiling fans as well as plumbing problems. Mr. Agnew is a true professional and takes pride in his work and I am so glad to have chosen him to repair my wood deck. If you choose Mr. Agnew to do any work at your home please let him know that you read my review and that I referred him. A job well done and I am truly a satisfied customer
