Willy burger, crunchy fries, small fish

I took my 10 yr old here for lunch after a Dr. appointment and he was reluctant to go but after one bit he said , WOW! 5/5 s We got the small fish sandwich ( which was the best Fish sandwich I've had in a long time) with the Mac and cheese bites which were also delicious. I got the Willy burger, which is like a big Mac with crunchy fries and both her fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Great driving range. If you're looking for an open space to hit balls and a quiet vibe, this is the place for you. The man working the front counter was very friendly and recommended us places to get food. As travelers from Connecticut, we appreciated this hospitality.

My dad and brother enjoyed golfing at the range, then they came and joined my mom and me at the restaurant. I ordered fish and chips with coleslaw, which was plentiful and delicious. I got a vanilla soft-serve waffle cone on my way out the door, which I really enjoyed until I was halfway done and realized it was blue. I lost my appetite and had to throw the rest away. I like to avoid artificial colors, so I was pretty upset by this. Maybe they should be more careful to make sure the machine is done mixing colors so that they can ensure customers what they ordered and not someone else's leftovers. That's why they lost stars from me. Otherwise, I think this could be a cute little business.

On our way back to Pleasant Hills from Fallingwater, we were sorely disappointed that the restaurant called The Dump (no joke) was closed for Thanksgiving. Seriously, the family was so looking foward to eating there. So we end up at Bill's Golfland for lunch. Yes, the name doesn't sound like any place that would serve lunch, but it's a little counter service place with a huge menu of inexpensive, ok food. Don't expect anything even approaching gourmet. Go here for a cheap, probably greasy meal. My friend ordered some pierogies and they were positively SWIMMING in margarine. I have been known to eat margarine from time to time, but this was just too much!

The food is always amazing and real home cooked comfort food for a great reasonable price. Super fast and efficient service too.

I love their burgers, chili dogs and ice cream! Servers are always nice. My favorite place to stop when I'm in the area!

Guy at the desk was an absolute douche. Shorted us golf balls and rolled his eyes every time we asked a question. Will not be back.

The food was fine. It just took way too long to get it after ordering. Also, what they call a medium drink is absurdly small.

Overall very bad experience. Waiting to speak to owner regarding how myself and my group were…read moretreated but particularly me. I'll be honest. This was my first time on the golf course (ANY golf course). I have been practicing, going to driving ranges, making it so I wasn't holding anyone up. We went to the course at 4:30 in the afternoon so as it wasn't crowded and I could take my time as I was LEARNING. We arrived and were greeted with problems as we bought tickets for four people but it was all put on one ticket. When we were getting in our golf carts Ben the worker started chasing us and yelling at us saying we didn't pay. We showed him that he signed the ticket for four players and he did indeed apologize. However he then proceeded to follow us the entire afternoon. He followed us from hole to hole. He admitted to timing us and said we were going too slow and we needed to get through our nine holes in at most 2 hours and 15 minutes. He said I needed to go to a driving range if I was new because all I did was hold people up. There was one gentleman behind us who was walking and two holes behind us. Had he caught up we would have gladly let him go ahead of us and us wait as I WAS LEARNING. To this Ben said that we shouldn't be letting people in front of us we just needed to move faster. He continued following us and timing how long we took on each hole. I got off of my golf cart to go to my ball and he proceeded to yell at me that I needed to get on my cart and move it that I'm not golfing correctly. He also simply yelled "HEY LADY". There were no manners or politeness. After this I was visibly upset because this was my first time on the course, I was doing well, I wasn't taking a long time, my practice was paying off but I was still getting harassed by the employee. We decided to skip two holes and only golf more deciding that he ruined the fun for us by following us and timing how long we took and went to turn our carts in. He then said "you didn't need to skip those two holes you just needed to be done already." We explained again that I was learning and we were taking a little extra time as there was no one behind us and again he said I was taking too long and if I didn't know how to play I shouldn't be there. We did not argue we simply told him that his comments took the fun out of our afternoon and his harassing us about our time. I said that no where did anything say we needed to be through the nine holes in 2 hours and 15 minutes. His response was that our group needs fo never come back. No one argued. No one did anything wrong. We were minding our own business trying to have a nice evening. We will NEVER be back. Ben would only tell us his first name and said he didn't care who we were but to never come back. He said if we have an issue to call Mr. Wiley. I will be doing so in the morning. And yes, I have already reached out to Rolling Green to get ahold of someone.

Nice people run this place all around. Course is great for the price. Greens were firm and grass…read morewas well manicured. Problem is they send people off the back. Had a wonderful experience on the front 9 with no one in front or behind. Then get to 10 and there is a foursome there. 2 some then gets behind us and a foursome after that. Suddenly we are waiting and then rushed. That is bad business doing that. Will not return for that reason.
