I gave this company the opportunity to inspect and flush my coolant system, inspect and recharge my AC system, inspect and flush my front and rear differential and transfer case and inspect and flush my transmission. I left with an AC system that blows hotter than the heater. How can anyone expect one system was inspected and maintained correctly when the other performs so poorly after such a "service". I was also taken for $250 so that someone could punch a few buttons on a programmer to reprogram my cpu which performs worse now as when it did when I brought it in to their shop. All this place has done was fix my ability to have faith that all GM dealerships are not equal. I would caution anyone coming here for service to question how that service is performed. I personally think they suck and charge for things they're not qualified to do. Buyer beware! You cannot trust these mechanics. What's unfortunate for them and me alike is that I am looking for someone to replace my shocks, add an air ride suspension, replace my mirrors with towing mirrors and rotate my wheels. Now that I'm complaining online and (believe me I am going to post a review on every possible site) they commented on a review saying there must have been a misunderstanding and to please give them a call. The fact that they did nothing but basically say too bad when we called Monday tells you what kind of company they are. The whole charge is still on my card.
