When the technician, Fred, handed me the tablet to fill out my information, I looked at the bill and there were several services I didn't ask for in the total amount of nearly $350, including a coolant flush, which the manufacturer recommends every 150,000 mi. This engine was replaced in October and only has 30,000 miles on it, so I know I don't need a coolant flush. Even if I did, the service was already on the bill before the tech even mentioned it to me. When I called this out, he tried to tell me that he was about to ask me about it. I countered by asking why a service was already on the bill and authorized before he did so. He had no answer. Looks like they are trying to jack up the bill and charge unsuspecting customers for services that they may not need. I'm really unhappy about this and certainly will not be returning to this location.

I brought my 2022 Cayenne S in for a parking brake adjustment. The service advisor quoted a diagnostic fee of approximately $250 and mentioned that the total cost would typically range between $300 and $500. However, I was shocked when I received a bill for around $650. The itemized receipt showed a $250 diagnostic fee and $400 for labor plus tax. In my 20 years of dealing with both independent shops and dealerships, I've never been charged separately for diagnosis and labor when I choose to proceed with the service--typically, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the final cost of labor. For context, Porsche Westwood charges $820 for rear pads and rotors, and $400 for labor--a much more extensive service for nearly the same price. To make matters worse, the morning after picking up my vehicle, I noticed a 1/4" gouge in the PPF on my door. The damage appraisal came to $1,000 including the ceramic coating. I explained to the manager that I didn't see the damage at pickup because it was raining and water droplets camouflaged it. However, he claimed the security footage showed no signs of damage during brake service and refused to accept responsibility. he dismissed the fact that something could have damage the vehicle when they washed it- and kept repeating a brush couldn't have cause that kind of damage. Bottom line: Don't bring your $140K vehicle here. You may end up paying more than you would at the dealer--and with no accountability if something goes wrong.

As is sometimes usual in these places that did not happen. They let the air out of all four tire because they said they were overinflated, they were not. They didn't bother to read the label on the tire that tells you they are load range E and should be inflated to 80lbs. They then decided to change the cabin air filter which needed to be changed but not for $60 when they actually cost less than $20. They didn't bother to put it back together and allowed all of the trash that was on top of the filter to fall into the fan causing it to not function properly and make loud noises. I fixed all myself.

He takes a look at the problem, tells you if he will need to order parts and how long the job could potentially take. I'm always out by around 1pm even when parts need to be ordered! The secretary woman who is always there is super sweet and usually has snacks, like homemade brownies, in the waiting area. She comes out with updates about your car occasionally if she feels you've been waiting too long. I started coming here because of my mother and she recommended myself and my Nana and we haven't gone anywhere else for years. They are great!
