This time it was fixed right when part was ordered that went under the barrel to steady at high speed spin. I gave Tim 5 star review because he caught what 3 others missed, and reported the reoccurring problem to Speed Queen. I don't know what the experience of others might have been, but Tim had prompt good communication with me through initial appointment and ordering parts.
