It's In another small building behind the main building. There was an artist, with her installation, available while I was there. Easy walk from downtown hotel but I saw ample parking. The had a piece by Alexander Upshaw 2023. In the text regarding the tribal regalia- they state for the photos (long ago) he used "costumes" You have to be careful with the word costumes. If the pieces are from their regalia you don't use "costumes". Costumes are for dressing up for Halloween. I think the text was saying the photographer took a native Americans from a tribe and dressed them in regalia which actually belong to a variety of tribal nations. An education explanation should be included here. Consult your local tribes so it's proper. Adornment is of if talking about a necklace, dress which is used for everyday wear.

However, for all the good this school offers, I have major complaints: First, the dorms and the dorm staff are horrible. If there an crime committed in the dorms, the staff will not own up to the issue and investigate to find out who did it. Rather, they will post a note on your door, sit back, and expect people to turn them selves in. Additionally, the staff will hold random "mandatory" meetings and have rules like you are supposed to go through the main entrance after 10 PM, but you will see the Residence Director (RD) go through the side doors all the time after 10 PM. They are hypocrites, and don't seem to have a clue as to what they are doing. Second, the staff and administration won't be adult and take responsibility for what they are clearly responsible for. Unless you are loaded with cash and can pay for everything that the school won't own up to, don't come to this school. Case and point, if the trash truck comes into the parking lot and a glass bottle comes out of the truck and hits your windshield and breaks your windshield, the school will not take responsibility for whom they hire and bring into their parking lot. How much more immature can you get?

The first time I made a purchase, the second two times was to browse I'm hopes of purchasing and the third time was to offer my assistance volunteeringly. On my third visit I was met with hatred and prejudice and worst - judgement. It's so unfortunate given the nature of their business... selling books. I expected to find a group of creative, free thinking, intellectuals. What I discovered was a person full of hate.and emptiness. I wouldn't waste my time unless of course you are the type of individual to support this type of "thinking."

We came for the children's books, and I was pleased to see many selections I'd yet to see elsewhere. The prices are definitely higher than an online purchase, but you vote with your dollar, and this is one business I'm glad to support where I can! The general manager told me it's actually a book co-op, owned by share holders. It was very interesting to learn about! We will be frequenting this location when we are in the market for new books or just a relaxing cup of tea!

If you need assistance at MSU-B, it's pretty easy to find. My history professor was a standout, as he truly got me interested in history which I was not particularly interested in up to that point. Montana has a good public school system, from kindergarten on up. Now that I live in another state that has a terrible K-12 public school system and work at a large (but good) university, I appreciate the small size of MSU-B even more. If you put in the effort to be a conscientious student, you will reap the rewards with your diploma in hand.

They advertise it being cheaper than living off campus, but what they don't tell you is at what cost. The cafeteria food is maybe one step above prison food and some how continues to get worse. At $1,000 for the cheapest meal plan I feel like I've been robbed. Do you like being woken up at 2 AM by fire alarms? Well you can get that here. If anything is broken in your room get used to it because no matter how many fix it forms you fill out it will not be fixed. My room mate had to stay in the dorms over summer and the water was turned off for its entirety, bathrooms and all. They also would not fix the AC. Speaking of the bathrooms and showers, they are now locked without explanation. Do not go here. The people in charge do not care.
