I tried the watermelon jalapeno, and Christy had the mango; both were spot-on, light, and delicious. We talked for a bit with the staff, who were delightful
I asked about the late-night dining, and pizza was mentioned. Wait, Latin pizza? It's about time.
Fast-forward: After the Padres' win, we stopped by and saw our friends again. We ordered two pizzas with a fresh avocado salad. The salad had a ton of avocado, seasoned perfectly with flavor.
We went surfing and turf with the pizzas, the birria, and shrimp. I loved them. The shrimp was on the sweet side, while the birria was more savory. They make their dough, and it's different from traditional pizza dough. Everybody was so lovely and attentive. Shout out to Pricella! We

Ok, the down low on some of the reviews:
1. This is not a quiet restaurant; they have excellent Latin music playing, so if this is not your vibe, keep walking
2. We were given the choice of tap or bottled water. Are they offering bottles? Yes, because it's a for-profit business
3. We enjoyed our meal, but folks must allow a little wiggle room for Mexican food. We all have our favorites, and it's cool to find a Latin restaurant with its unique interpretation.
