I would definitely recommend here.

I really like that they outfit the mannequins with various styles so you can see what everything looks like together. Thee staff greeted us immediately upon entering even though they were working with somebody at the register. It was very nice to be acknowledged. They had a variety of sale racks as well in the back with final markdowns clearly noted. This is always nice to see that they're not trying to hide anything that's outgoing. The fitting rooms were well-maintained and all of the clothes have been cleaned out of them. I didn't walk away with anything this time, however I love this chain and we'll be back to see what they have next time. Overall: A Solid location that's well laid out and easy to shop / try on clothes

Though both of the ladies saw me and looked at me neither spoke. This visit was very much a 360 degree difference from the warm welcoming that I received from the location in the Mall at Millenia. This was my very first time visiting this location and I probably won't be back because I expect better treatment in luxury shopping settings. I had them holding a tank dress for me in my preferred size and they were kind enough to hold it for 2 days because the first day I was unable to make it due to inclement weather, so appreciated that. It wasn't until I stood in line that someone spoke to me mind you I browsed the clearance section for quite a few minutes even stood next to lady who was once vacuuming and still nothing however she was the same person who completed my exchange and they were not busy at all.

However, when we got to the register the people behind the counter looked super stressed (I get it. Tax free weekend sucks) and we're very rude and rushing us. I've worked retail before, tax free weekend sucks but you're supposed to make the customer feel welcomed and be more helpful. Practically yelling "we don't have that" and making the customer feel stupid for asking is ridiculous. Only reason this place had 2 stars is because of the woman that helped us in the beginning.

Staff warmly greeted us when we came in and allowed us to browse at our leisure. One kindly offered us beverages including espresso, but we were all set at the time. I did ask to try on a swimsuit and a kilt style mini skirt and one of the ladies kindly unlocked a dressing room for me to try both on. I determined the swim wasn't for me but I did try a different size on in the kilt skirt. The style wasn't a good fit for me, but the clerk said that seemed to be the issue even in their store. Some of the clerks had tried the skirt on themselves and noticed the design was better suited for a specific demographic in Europe, versus the diverse body types in the US. Because this mall is popular on the weekend, I recommend going when it opens as you will be more likely to find a parking spot with less hassle. Stock and service was very good in this location.
