My family and I got very sick cleaning up the mess. Also, the hot water lines to the water heater were capped off by the previous owner. The plumber said that could have made my water heater explode, burning down the entire house. My child's room is next to the laundry room. The explosion definitely would have killed her. My "buyer's agent" was Derek Pearson at Premier Property Group. It was his friend John Faller who inspected the house. All of them failed us and we could have died. The former owner was Sam Blackard.

I don't know much about Verbode specifically so I am writing this review about Sierra Snowden, one…read moreof their agents. Sierra has helped us purchase 2 properties in OKC over the last year and both have met and exceeded our expectations. In addition to advising on the area (We are pretty unfamiliar with OKC), she was also very helpful as a coach/teacher given that we were first-time-buyers for the initial property. Since those purchases, she continues to updates us with things happening in the area, potential opportunities, and goes above and beyond - even though the deals are done - when issues arise locally. I've since worked with dozens of other agents in different markets and very few rival the personalized, professional, and awesome experience that Sierra provides. I highly recommend her to any buyer in the OKC market.
