Rude, overpriced, had random people show up off the streets who spent half the time on their phones and smoking weed. Seriously, they were horrible! They showed up in a tiny uhaul half full of all of their equipment because "their truck was full of someone else's stuff" they committed fraud by charging hourly plus travel time. They beat the walls and all of our stuff to death. The owner is an absolute prick, then tried to pressure you to tip. I was good to them and even bought them lunch and still got ripped off. They didn't even complete 1/3rd of the move in 3xs the time it should have taken. What an absolute nightmare! Unfortunately and ironically I was at my storage unit months later and The owner has a nasty temper and got mad at my daughter and I after almost running us over in the storage I spoke up and said hey why are you driving that big truck so fast and close to people in a storage facility? He was absolutely disgusting in response and his wife has to get control of him. For a supposedly god fearing man he sure is a vile human being!!!

I paid over $700 for them to wrap and pack 5 very heavy expensive glass covered paintings and…read moreseveral other small delicate items and bring them from my step fathers assisted living facility to my home to put with other items of mine that were to be moved the following week. They arrived at his place at 11am and to my surprise, they arrived at my home by 12. This was the first red flag. They arrived in an unmarked white truck. Second red flag. 2 old obviously used "mirror boxes" (multiple boxes taped together to facilitate the size of the pictures) with holes in them and barely any tape slapped on arrived, 2 boxes for the 5 paintings. I assumed they must have forgotten the other 3 paintings, but upon inspecting the boxes I could feel that the contents were loose and shaking around. I cut the one small piece of tape holding these extremely heavy paintings together for further inspection. There was not one piece of wrapping or padding. They were simply thrown into old haphazardly pieced together boxes. 2 in one box and 3 in the other. I don't know how they survived the trip to my home in this condition. There was another large maybe 18 cube box with two unwrapped framed pieces that were thrown into the bottom of the box. No wrapping and they didn't even tape the top of the box together. This movers were found by a business card at an assisted living facility and I imagine that's because it is easy to take advantage of the eldery and overcharge for poor work. The owner of the company is unprofessional and rude. She said she was going to get back to me about a partial refund but of course she has not. If I wanted to throw these paintings in the back of my trunk and drive them 5 minutes down the street to my house I could have done that for free. I hired professional movers at a very high price for only one hour of their time expecting a good job to be done but instead I got this atrocious disaster. I will now do this myself. Thanks for absolutely nothing and ripping me off.

I hired Albert a few months ago to remove a large couch from my home. All went well and we…read morediscussed doing a second job at some point down the line. We needed to move some items from a private garage in Boca Raton to a condo in Delray Beach. One would think this would be a fairly simple move, right? Read on to see how this move panned out. We put our trust in Albert to move two pieces of high end furniture along with some very sentimental items that can not be replaced, including urns, bar mitzvah albums, etc. I can go on but you get the drift. Granted, this company is a junk hauler and some things were indeed being dumped. However, the personal items that were to be kept were packed in such a way and with such care, even a moron would be able to tell these boxes were NOT garbage. In fact, Albert and my friends ex-wife had a long detailed conversation about both the furniture and which boxes were to be saved. The value of the furniture was also discussed as it was custom made and of great quality. Why did we use a junk hauler to move such sensitive and sentimental belongings? I always make a point to use independently owned businesses whenever possible, and Albert appeared to be a decent guy. A family man trying to provide for his family. Let's face it, during a national pandemic, we must be careful with who we allow into our homes. At this point we had an established relationship with Albert and we were trying to help him earn some money by giving him a small local move. If you follow me and read my reviews, then you know me well enough to know I never sugar coat anything-ever. I'm straight and to the point, so when I say this guy can not and should not be trusted, I mean this 100%. He came to the door and told us he "accidentally" dumped EVERYTHING! Yes, the two pieces of custom designed furniture as well as the meticulously packed boxes that contained so many precious memories/items. He dumped urns for God's sake! And speaking of God, Albert told us he is a Christian several times. What does that even mean? I'm Jewish, but do I remind my clients I am Jewish whenever I screw up? Of course not! We can all fabricate stories; such as "accidentally" dumping expensive furniture, but please tell me where religion even fits into this subject. If I accidentally placed a lien on a clients property, would claiming I am Jewish have anything to do with this? It wouldn't even belong in the conversation, right? Example: Mr Smith, I am so very sorry but I accidently put a lien on your home~BUT I AM JEWISH. WTF does religion have to do with anything??? Albert did give us a small loveseat he claimed was brand new he purchased the previous day. I don't believe him, in fact, I believe he kept it from a previous move. Just my opinion, not a fact. Listen, this review is solely based upon my own personal experience. Do I think this guy is respectable? Absolutely not. Honest? Again, a hard no from me. And to reiterate, this review is based on my own experience with this company. The facts don't lie. We hired him to do a small job, he fudged up, but because he is Christian, that makes it okay??? Based upon my own actual experience, there is no way I would/could recommend this company. Not even a little bit. Not in a million years. Not even to my worst enemy.

I saw reviews on Facebook and Next Door Apps with 5 stars for this company. I called and spoke with…read morea gentleman named Jason who said he was the owner. I explained that i was moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. I was given an estimate for 2 movers at $100/hour The job would take 4 hours. . I was sent an invoice via email and told that I did not have to pay until movers completed the job. This was more than 2 months previous to my scheduled move date. I spoke and texted with "Jason" at least 15 times previous to my move. Confirmed and reconfirmed several times the size of my current and future apartments. The day before my move, I spoke with Jason again. Everything was good to go. He said the movers would pull up to my place at 7:30am. Day of move: Only 1 mover showed up with a truck entirely way too small at 9am. He said he expected his other mover to show up anytime. He said that I told "Jason" that 1 had a 1 bedroom apartment and was moving to a 1 bedroom apartment. I would never say that. I have never in my life lived in a 1 bedroom apartment. I was clearly upset. He said that I had a one-bedroom apartment and that's what was up on the board. he argued with me about this for about 25 minutes. He threatened to leave and refund my money because he wasn't moving a two-bedroom apartment by himself. I had already paid for and showed him the invoice of two movers at $100 an hour. He didn't want to hear any of this. Finally he calmed down, I calmed down and I had to leave to go to get my keys to my new place. My friend was there to oversee things. By the time I got back from getting my keys, the other movers still had not shown up. So this one mover filled the entire truck with most of my belongings. I asked him why he was not wrapping any of my furniture because Jason said that everything would be wrapped in plastic. He was basically just stacking Furniture and boxes on top of each other with no protection. He explained to me that they only wrapped Furniture when you're going upstairs. Makes zero sense to me since Jason had already told me that everything would be wrapped. When we arrived at my new apartment, he just kept unloading stuff and dropping it wherever he felt like dropping it. Boxes were clearly labeled for the bedroom or kitchen or dining room. I had to keep telling him that this or that box belongs in a different place. He unloaded the truck and said he had to go back for the rest. He left and when he got to my apartment to get the rest of the things, I went back there to see what was left. I told him to make sure that he grabbed all of the boxes in the laundry room, and anything left. I went to my new apartment once again. I spoke with him later on to see how things were going and he said he was waiting to hear from the owner to find out how much they needed to charge me extra because they had to come back and get the rest of my stuff. I paid for two movers at $100 an hour, only one mover showed up and he didn't bring a truck big enough. Yet, they were charging me more money and basically we're not going to bring me my things until I agreed to pay more money. He showed up at my place around 4 pm with 2 more movers who unloaded for dressers and a bed and a few boxes. I asked him if he grabbed absolutely everything including the box that was in the laundry room, a box that had brooms, mops, Etc in it, my vacuum cleaner and other things. He insisted that he did grab those things. He did not. They were still at my apartment. So he lied. At one point when he was packing the truck with the 1st load, I asked his name. He hesitated, and then said his name was Frank. Later on, I asked him again, he said a different name. Shady. so I ended up having to pay an extra $400 when they only had one mover until 4 in the afternoon. after they left, I found all kinds of things that were broken, marked up, ruined etc. all my flower arrangements were ruined. he lied and said that he got everything out of the apartment, I went back and he missed a whole bunch of things. That I had to pack the car up by myself. This is the worst moving experience I've ever had. I will never use these guys again. They ripped me off, lied to me, tried to tell me that I only ordered for a one-bedroom move instead of a two-bedroom when I know what I told them. they were just extremely Shady. I contacted the owner by text message and told him what was going on and he tried to tell me that I actually made out money-wise because if there had been two movers that would have cost me a lot more money. Makes zero sense to me. If there were 2 movers, it would've taken less time. Beware. I don't think all these reviews were done by people that this company actually moved.
