My husband and I made appointments and I called 12 hours in advance to cancel then they told me that I didn't call even after showing them my call log. They also stated my husband came in late for an appointment which they have a 15 minute grace period he was 4 minutes late they tried to turn him away, they then stated that he missed several appointments which they charge for but he has a zero balance which clearly shows he hasn't been late. The service that has been shown to us is very appalling and it clearly shows discrimination. We are paying for a service, we are not asking for charity work and that's how we have been treated.

Most of my dental experiences have been "horrific" since early childhood. The morning of my oral surgery, a friend of mine prayed for me that the surgery was painless, the surgeon's hands were steady, and the recovery quick . The surgery was actually "painless" and the stitches were not felt while Dr. Buck placed them into the extracted area. Dr. Buck is AWESOME. His voice and mannerisms are caring, concerned, and reassuring. When I arrived home, I looked into the bag that his office had given me at "check-out" and to my surprise there was a pamphlet titled "A Letter to My Friends" which asked the reader to accept Christ as their Savior. After reading the pamphlet, I called my praying friend and told her about it. She said "That's Awesome, just think of the number of souls they reach each day." I know that The Lord led me to this office and I am very grateful. Dr. Buck and his staff are awesome from beginning until the end; they have welcoming spirits, warm smiles, and timely knowledge.

Not going to lie, I partially chose to come here because they have a trendy waiting room. When I called, they were able to schedule me within a week, which is unheard of where we moved from! Usually dentists take 6 months to see people. I'm grateful they had room for us. I arrived with our 9 month old and was worried she would be crying throughout the cleaning, but she did great all thanks to the staff. Dental hygienists would pop by and say hi to my daughter, especially when she started getting fussy. One hygienist even brought her a child's toothbrush and this helped keep her entertained the majority of the appointment. My dental hygienist was very kind and bubbly and the doctor was very kind as well. Very grateful for a good experience! My only critique is that they need a changing table in the bathroom!

Several years ago, Dr. Tucker retired and sold the practice to another dentist. It seems like the practice changed hands a few times, as I felt like I saw a different dentist every visit for a while. While I was in college, I got some new retainers made by Dr. Tucker to help with grinding teeth at night, etc. The invisalign machine came with 4 sets of these retainers. I took two of the sets home with me, and the staff assured me that they would keep the other two sets safe for when I needed them down the road. As I was in college at the time, moving around a lot, I agreed that that sounded like the safer option. After Dr. Tucker's departure, I inquired about by retainers, and the new staff informed me that anything they had kept for anybody was gone, and nobody knows where it went. No clue who - if anybody - is at fault here, but it's upsetting to me that something of mine, that was not cheap, was lost. In addition to the retainers, I found myself getting contrary advice about the types of fillings that Dr. Tucker did. I got some silver fillings, which Dr. Tucker assured me were the better option as they would last longer, about 20 years. Now, maybe 4 years later, I'm hearing that I need to redo these fillings. The people here are great! Appointments run very smoothly, everything is very comfortable. Due to this string of events, I have decided to seek dental work elsewhere, and get a fresh perspective on the silver fillings.

In addition, I have been noticing at Inverness of a reduction in quality of care and the response on this crown cost was unacceptable. I canceled all my appointments with Inverness and sought the care of another dentist who is using insured rates to charge me for my crown.

Went here after receiving a flyer in the mail for a dentist with the same name as me. Thought it…read morewas ment to be. She was great but six months later She left and I was put with a new dentist. Was not informed about this until I showed up for my appointment. Little did I know this would be the standard for every appointment that followed. I'm an idiot for giving them multiple second chances. It has been a revolving door of dentists. No one stays. You may as well be going to a school. The third dentist I saw filled multiple cavities and created issues I never had. I didn't have any issues until this filling. That tooth hurt and felt strange when I rubbed my tongue over it after he filled it for six months, when I returned. Another new dentist. He told me that tooth was now chipped- was perfectly fine before the previous filling- but assured me he could fix it. I reluctantly agreed. But to my surprise he fixed it. He was the BEST dentist I saw at this clinic. I started an Invisalign treatment with him. Took longer than it should to get trays. Was told at my next appointment they were having issues because the clinic was trying to put my case with another dentist and not with him. The practice called me and asked if I would be willing to see another dentist at a completely different office across town. I declined. The next appointment I am greeted by yet again-another new dentist... Tried to find where last dentist went online. Shockingly after googling him, despite being the best dentist I saw there, had the worst reviews of any single dentist I have ever seen in my life. I'm talking bad. Like 1 star across the board. Sidenote -I did find him and went to see him. Then was asked by him if I could demand a refund back at this practice and pay him- that day on a credit card to transfer my Invisalign. I only had about five trays left at this point. I declined that request too and wont be back there either. Had an appointment to pick up my last trays a few weeks ago. Showed up and was told my appointment had to be rescheduled because no dentists there was Invisalign certified. Desire, the secretary, did try to call me and left a voice mail but it was a Friday afternoon and appointment was for Monday morning. I still received a confirmation text Sunday, the day before. In my experience if an appointment needs to be rescheduled, they just cancel the appointment so you don't get conflicting information. I think it goes without saying if you get a text saying your appointment has been canceled, you will call back. Really disappointed in the chaos and unprofessionalism of everyone involved. I could keep going. Had one dental hygienist here ask me about my short-term rental business and showed interest in a vacation rental. I text her info to my air bnbs at her request and then she asked to me for a discount! Not in a funny way. She was dead serious.

He probably would not do well with COVID so I am cautious about being out in public and unwavering in wearing a mask The receptionist does not wear a mask. At first when the hygienist came to greet me, she was not wearing a mask. Once we got to the exam room, she put one on. The dentist wore a mask, but it eventually fell off his nose and he didn't put it back during the exam I will not return until after vaccinations are completed. I still believe they do a good job with my dental care, but they are not diligent enough with face coverings for me.
