Except Ben. If you are looking for an incredibly hard working person who will answer the phone pretty much any time of the day look no further; Ben has been incredibly responsive and on top of every issue we've encountered during the buying/building process of our home. He is very good at solving disputes and helping his client as much as he possibly can. I am not the one to give 5 stars easily but I just could not recommend Ben enough! A big thanks to Ben for helping us buy and build our brand new home!

Buying something as expensive and important as a house virtually seemed nuts. But as the new year began we started getting the urge to just take a look. Who knew that within just a few weeks we would have an accepted offer? There is no one else we would have felt comfortable buying remotely with. And the only reason we changed from just looking to seriously buying was because we came to trust and rely on Billy's opinions. He is not just a savvy and knowledgeable realtor, he is truly a sincere and nice guy. He would warn us that even if we lose out on a house, in the end it always works out (and SPOILER ALERT he's right). But he still commiserated with us when we were outbid and he really went above and beyond when we were searching for the right home. And he really does want to find you the right home. He will be honest with you about any negatives he sees and he will steer you away from any bad decisions. Sometimes we were so keen to just get a house that we were willing to settle or make hasty decisions. But Billy makes sure that whatever house you get is a great house and whatever you do is sound and smart. And I'm so glad that he was there with us helping make all our decisions. He would give us daily updates of his endeavors going door to door and networking with other agents. In the end it was a note of his he left on the door of a house that was off the market that did the trick. We were able to buy a house that was miles better than any of the other houses we put offers on with basically no other competition. In the crazy housing market right now you need someone like Billy who is willing to go the extra mile. He was always trying innovative techniques to help us stand out amongst other buyers and that's exactly what it takes these days. He's continued to be invaluable after closing. He was great to bounce ideas around with about updating the house after moving in and he and Heather have been great with recommendations. He is always super responsive and I'm so glad I can still rely on him even after we've closed.

This paired with Billy's deep knowledge and network in the Minnesota real estate community made for the dream team! We felt cared for (and about) at every turn. The entire experience was a joy!

This was our 5th house sale with her over the past 12 years, and it all went completely smoothly again. I'm always so impressed with how Sarah is so on top of EVERYTHING. She never loses her cool, and is always just a text away when we need her. From getting us in to see the house of our dreams at the drop of a hat before it hit the market, to writing the strongest Purchase Agreement possible for us in this extremely competitive market, to getting all the inspections scheduled and completed for us while we were on a long road trip, to every little question we had along the way, to the closing itself, which was a breeze and only took 20 minutes. On top of it all, she is honestly so kind and genuine, traits you truly don't often see in the Real Estate business. She is very careful not to steer you in a direction you don't want to go, and she actually LISTENS to what you want and need. Look no further for the agent of your dreams!

While Cari Ann Carter Group is at a slightly higher % for realtor fees, worth it just for the staging and high touch service. UPDATE (approximately 1.5 years later): We recently used Cari Ann Carter again for the purchase of a lot. This was a bit spontaneous and Cari Ann is a pit bull when it comes to advocating for you. We were able to put in an offer Sunday, get a counteroffer Monday and secure the property on Tuesday. She was INSTRUMENTAL in making this happen quickly and is the best negotiator ever! She set reasonable expectations for us, which we really appreciated, and was very open in feedback along the entire way. More importantly, she is a DO-er! She had 2 contractors out within 12 hours of walking the property to help us with the logistics of design, finding a contractor, etc. You want her and her amazing team on your side when you're buying or selling!

Josh took our listing after we fired another agent in Edina because he really messed up the pricing and marketing of our home. We thought we would never sell and if we did, we thought we would lose everything. But we found Josh and things changed. Our home was being sold due to relocating out of state. Josh not only got the marketing back on track, but he made sure our home was in tiptop shape to get people through the home. He did everything he could to make sure that the house was maintained; even if that meant he was wiping down my windows. We needed carpet installed in the basement, and he was there to make sure it all went down the right way. We got an offer shortly after we were on the market, and he negotiated really well for us. Even between the pending sale and the closing, Josh was giving us updates on our home and making sure everything at the house was okay. He is a master at his marketing, sales pitch, presentation and process. His knowledge is priceless and he was extremely responsive - even after we had closed and he received his hard earned commission. We've never had a smoother real estate transaction in the three homes we have bought and sold. I still cannot believe he was able to rebound from the nightmare that preceded him. I finally found a great home and submitted my application, Met with Nouk and was VERY open and HONEST with her about my situation. In today's market renting is just as competitive as buying!! I saw the house on a Wednesday at Noon. I thought I hit it off with Nouk, I was there for an hour, filled out the application gave her a check and had all my documents with me. I was told she would let me know as soon as she hears back from another family. Thursday she tells me she is submitting my application. Saturday she tells me she got the background check back and that she will work with me and call me on Monday to work out the details. Monday night I hear from her husband and am told we are good to go and they are getting the lease ready and what I had to put down for deposit. I tell my kids, and we are all relieved and Happy. Tuesday night I get a call from her husband with NO excuse what so ever that he will not take me and he changed his mind!! I am devastated!! I offered to have automatic with drawl, I offered to pay 6 month up front, I offered a co-signer, I offered to have someone else take my dogs. The only response I got was they made up there mind and is moving on!!! WHO DOES THAT??? Now, I have lost a week of looking, my kids were crushed oh and also My 19 year old son has Down Syndrome and as soon as asked if that was the reason I GOT NO RESPONSE!!! I am pursing this as discrimination! How sad that there are still people out there that are so Ignorant and shellfish!! I would NEVER use Nouk as a realtor, landlord etc. The way this situation was handled was so inappropriate, rude and mean!!! If that is how she runs her rentals I can only imagine how she runs her business.. PLEASE be aware!!!

Recommendation for Zac Bidelman/Keller Williams Preferred Realtor/Huerkamp Home Group…read more I first met Zac Bildelman after inquiring about a property that I was interested in. He made an appointment and showed me the property that same day. My first impression was that he was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions readily. I realized over time that because of all his additional attributes (Professional, always responsive, and very patient), he was the perfect realtor. It had been over 30 years since my husband, and I had previously scoured the cities in search of that one perfect realtor to help us find the house that was perfect for us at that time. Zac Bidelman patiently spent at least two years showing me various properties. He quickly fine-tuned the amenities that I was in search of until it basically came down to 3 or 4 properties. Once the perfect location came on the market, he helped me create an offer that he presented immediately. His quick action was the sole reason that I was able to buy the property that was perfectly suited to me. The second phase of my quest was to subsequently sell my house. During that process Zac assisted me with the preparations of getting the house we built 33 years prior ready for sale. His company hired an inspector and then advised me how to prioritize what to repair from the inspector's list. Zac had a "Stager" available to me who helped me get the house aesthetically ready to be viewed. The professional photographer that he used took exceptional photographs that helped present my house in the best possible light. This also included drone shots which helped highlight the fabulous view from and around my home. Regarding setting the sales price of my house, he listened to my input of what I felt the price should be set at - given that I knew my property and adjacent locations so well after living in the house for over three decades. Because of his skills as a realtor, my home sold in one day. For any and all of the above-stated reasons, I wholeheartedly recommend Zac Bidelman and his very accomplished assistants and team. Zac's contact info is as follows: (612) 712-9936 zac@hhgus.com
