Chris' friendly demeanor put us at ease immediately. During our initial meetings he came prepared with a comparative market analysis and gave us recommendations for getting our house ready for a quick sale. After one day of private showings, and one Open House, which Chris came fully prepared for, we had multiple offers. A quick sale it turned out to be (not even 72 hours later) and at top dollar! Chris made selling our home as painless as possible; we truly could not have been more pleased with the outcome! Next came the fun, albeit arduous task, of finding a new home. Chris was extremely patient with us, as we looked at several homes over the course of a few weeks. As we walked through homes, he was able to point out both positive and negative attributes that we may have otherwise missed. At times we had to bring our three young children along and Chris was more than flexible with us! Throughout both the home buying and selling process, Chris was ALWAYS very responsive to our many questions and many requests for showings. In this competitive market, we never waited more than 24 hours to see a house (unless it was out his hands due to seller's requests), and in many cases were able to see them same day. Evenings, weekends he made himself available! To me this is one of Chris' greatest assets--he never once made us feel like we weren't his top priority. I'm sure he is doing a juggling act with numerous clients, but you would never know it. He is professional, approachable, and above all else, reliable! Chris said something in one of our initial meetings that resonated with me--that a family in the moving process is a family in a state of distress. Because let's be honest--moving is not for the weak, and ten fold when you have young children! It is obvious to me that Chris clearly understands how stressful the moving process can be and goes above and beyond to make it as easy and painless on his clients as he possibly can. I would absolutely recommend Chris Bailey!

All process was done by the book and a day before the closing the buyer walked away. Agreed that it is not Fady's fault. But after suffering this loss of losing prime time of 45 days of keeping house off the market and further expense on keeping the house empty I am having a tough time getting my EMD back from KW. Fady and and his broker have me entangled on a technicality which I cannot do as I am in the middle of filing a law suit against the buyer. It is unfortunate people are out to dupe other people when one followed the process all the way. Be careful when dealing with Fady or his agency. I am left holding the back for now with no resolution as of now.

I recently purchased a new home through Adams Realty, and I have to say that it was an awesome…read moreservice experience. Though I had been dreading what I considered a tiresome and tedious but necessary ordeal, Bill Adams eased my concerns and gave excellent counsel throughout the process. I am a picky and difficult client and in the past I had frustrated realtors by taking over a year to make a decision. Bill was able to really draw out what I was looking for and help me find hopefully my last home within a matter of weeks. I had been living with and taking care of my elderly mother and when she passed I had to find a place quickly. Home prices were very high at the time and my finances were tight. I called Adam's Realty and explained my situation. Bill offered to rent me a small home, as they own a number of rentals in the Royal Oak area, and suggested that I take my time looking. I decided to wait a year and a half for prices to come down. It truly gave me peace of mind during a difficult time and allowed me to move forward confidently. Finally, when I found the home I wanted, Bill was able to recommend excellent resources for the inspection process. They found a number of troubling issues and Bill impressed me with the depth of his knowledge as he counseled me through a problematic decision making process and helped find solutions. In the end he very professionally negotiated a great price with a stubbornly difficult seller. Bill not only has decades of experience in all aspects of real estate sales and management, he is a third generation realtor, having grown up with a father and grandfather who were also realtors. If you are looking for a permanent or temporary home or if you need consultation on any real estate issue, I cannot recommend Adams Realty highly enough.

I met him through a site that wouldn't allow me to look at the houses until I filled out personal info. He got in touch with me shortly after and I told him that we were in no position to purchase a rental home at this time and I was simply browsing. He asked if he could check back with me in 6 months. He has regularly checked back with me even though we were not in a financial position to begin investing. He sends me houses on email(not overkill) and has given me the name and number of the company that they partner with for funding options. They speak well of him and I will be getting with them for possible refinancing of our current home and pre approval game plan for our future rental home. Today when speaking with him, I told him that I felt like I was "leading him on" as I have a dear friend who has been my real estate agent for years. He was totally respectful of that and still shared a lot of info with me and helped me get a game plan to get ourselves in a better position. He was extremely supportive, and helpful offering me information and sharing some of his experiences. I appreciated the time he spent answering my questions, etc. Even if I do not use him as an agent, I will be recommending him to my son and others because he is a man of his word and takes care of his clients. Sounds like a winning team!
